Given that this a Security Council Resolution, it requires a simple majority to pass (without counting abstentions), but can be vetoed by members of the Big Three.

The Galrian Delegates vote IN FAVOR to the resolution. The reason stated why is that they believe promoting safety and cooperation within law enforcement will provided positive outcomes and a ensuring look on Police.

Article Three: Sequoyah will be solely responsible for any regulatory violations that occur within the bounds of this agreement. This includes Regional, National, and International. The Government of Malgax Greatly stresses this article. (Non Negotiable)

Article Four: Malgax will have priority involving all arrangements related to the Sequoyan oil industry's interactions with foreign powers. (Negotiable)

Article Five: Sequoyah must release all Paleocacherian citizens it has interred. Until this action has been taken by the government of Sequoyah all arrangements surrounding and within this agreement will not be undertaken and the agreement will not be recognized by either the Malgan Government, The Malgan Interior Ministry, or the Malgan Petroleum Corporation. Upon Further review, due to the new international operations of the Malgan Petroleum corporation, the Malgan Ministry of the Interior and the Malgan Ministry of Foreign Affairs have decided to share their stocks within the the MPC, co-owning their 51% controlling share.
On the Matter of the Sequoyan's request for a price increase of 500CR and the creation of a combined Malgan-Sequoyan board for the management and setting of oil prices, Malgax will deny the former, and agree to the latter. As a counter offer, Malgax offers to raise the price per barrel by 400 Currac instead of the suggested 500. In regards to the Oil price board, Malgax suggests a 5 person council made up of 2 Sequoyans and 2 Malgans with an independent representative occupying the the fifth seat to avoid both an unfair majority for either nation and removing the chance of partisan deadlock paralyzing the council.
