Qonqordia Peace Accords - July 1, 2020
Delegations from the various armed factions and nations participating in the Second Lyoan Civil War met in the Sacramatian city of Qonqordia to discuss an end to the conflict. The Lyoan delegate opened up the discussions, laying out the demands of the Lyoan government to everyone involved. Lyoa's government requested that all hostile foreign forces withdraw from the country, as well as all nations end support for anti-government rebel groups. The government also requested that the rebel factions RLD and LRCC lay down their arms. The government offered the rebels the opportunity to integrate into the national army if they so chose, as well as form political parties. The armed movements agreed to this. The government also offered pro-government groups the same opportunity, to which they agreed.
Next, the Creeperian delegate stated his country's demands. Creeperopolis stated that they agreed with all of the demands of Lyoa's government, while additionally requesting that the Terranilian government extradite Andrés Andino Cazalla, an opposition politician considered to be a criminal. Creeperopolis offered the extradition of DFLT leader Mikel Therúnk in exchange for this. Lyoa's delegate also agreed to this exchange offer. Terranihil agreed, then proceeded with their demands.
Alongside the extradition of Therúnk, Terranihil requested that Lyoa cease all support for the DFLT rebel movement. Lyoa's delegate agreed, and promised that the DFLT's Lyoan Front would be eliminated by Lyoan security forces following the signing of the treaty.
The Karimunese government, Lyoan government, and January 5th Movement agreed to terms which required both nations to cease support of rebels in each other's nations, and allowed the January 5th Movement to demobilize and become a legal political party in Karimun.
One final concession was given to rebel forces. The 2021 Lyoan presidential election was modified to include elections for the National Legislative Council. Therefore, the 2021 Lyoan presidential election is now a general election. The treaty was signed by all parties at the conference, and the war was officially over.

Creeperian Airlines unveiled a new livery for its entire fleet, replacing its previous livery being used since 2013. The livery was updated due to the changing of the Creeperian coat of arms and flag.

Demobilization Process Begins
Rebel forces have announced the beginning of the demobilization process, in conjunction with government advisors. The Rally for Lyoan Democracy has announced it will be relinquishing military control over towns and settlements and allowing the government to restore its control over the areas. RLD troops will then report to demobilization camps where they will be given the option to either join the national army or return to civilian life. As per the RLD's request, the Lyoan government and Special Security Service have pardoned Patrice Yakurusha and Laurent Tulossa, allowing them to live and work in Lyoa. The RLD has also announced the launch of the Party for Lyoan Democracy, which will be led by Yakurusha and Inikota.
The Lyoan Revolutionary Command Council has made similar efforts to peace, although their forces remain in control of the various settlements they captured during the civil war. The government has been allowed to also send its officials to these settlements, providing for joint LRCC-government control of the towns and cities. The LRCC has launched the Free Lyoan Alliance party, with August Yakata and Olivier Tamboa as its leaders.

The president spoke to numerous survivors and was briefed on the accident investigation. President Fulkerson's administration has declared that the Paleocacherian government will cover all medical expenses. He ordered that the two most critically injured patients be flown to Gardena to receive the most advanced treatment possible. The president assured Ambassador Cicerón Alguacil that if there is criminal liability in this case, justice will be meted out.

The Lyoa National Police Force alongside forces of the Anti-Terrorist Unit surrounded the home of Mikel Therúnk, the leader of the Democratic Forces for the Liberation of Terranihil. They called out for Therúnk’s surrender. There was no response. Assuming he was holed up inside, armed, the LNPF and ATU began an assault of the residence. Upon entry, they realized that there was no one inside. Therúnk was on the run. The LNPF office in Kalole informed Zatšer Sral of the situation, and promised the quick capture and extradition of the fugitive.

the transmission was received by the two Submarines via VLF channels. The two began to surface and contacted the Reian Ministry of Defense, requesting their decision on the proposal. A few minutes later the MoD responded and gave the Green light to the Submarines to Participate but Informed them they must participate no longer than three weeks, their primary mission was still to go on patrol. Followed by this the two Sumbarines relay the information to The DOCG, and requested further information to the nature of the excercises.
