This would be a 3 phase plan depending on how events take place. 1st sending humanitarian aid through Food, and medical supplies. 2nd will involve weapons and ammo, and 3rd if need be sending troops to support the LRCC. The President, cabinet, and Speaker of Kongres will meet to put this last phase into action before anything happens.
