The Ambassador of Quebecshire to the Terraconserva Council of Nations stands, before clearing his throat.

It is apparent that the situation in Movoroa (The constitutional republic of zion) is not becoming any more ideal. This resolution seeks to prohibit the trade of weapons of war that will put more innocent lives at risk, and can be repealed when the situation is suitable to open up the arms trade to Morova again. It is quite sensible, and we hope most of the international community can agree.

The Ambassador then turns, and gestures towards another delegation with his papers.

We hope YOU in Malgax as well can acknowledge the heinous and corrupt nature of your sales and actions as well. If you were truly so concerned about the conflict and the deaths in Creeperopolis, I have little doubt you'd have also stopped your weapons trade. But now, the world is watching you and your actions. Every innocent that dies by a Malgan weapon is owed justice, and this resolution will put the steps in motion to serve it. Hopefully you can see reason and work towards solutions, instead of continuing to bother the allies of our Serene State.

The delegation of the Republic of Lyoa will be voting in favor of this resolution. Lyoa believes that it is necessary to prevent an unnecessary war, avoiding civilian deaths. Lyoa firmly stands for the protection of Morovan civilians, and stands in favor of this resolution.
