How do we enforce that he stays there? That's just asking for nations to defect and give away our secrets. I'd say we ban nations who give away classified info to the enemy, I would consider that an immediate threat to security

Say like this:

Nation gives away classified info, America learns about it, bans nation, LCN defcon raised to 0 (LOCKED AND LOADED)

If the court or military sentences a member/resident/soldier to prison time, they live there. They are allowed to speak to others through TG during sentences.

those with NS++ can see the founder's revised name. I put a puppet in so I can stay here.

So to get put in region=the_lcn_prison_region, you would need to be sentenced in a court martial by me and Andrew du, or be sentenced by the main regional court.
