Willdavie vote AGAINST this resolution. Even though the Willdavisian government banned the capital punishment a couple weeks ago, we don't see why the TCN should interfere to the other countries method of punishment. As long as it is not too much like for the Paleocacherian case.
]
Willdavie votes in FAVOR of this resolution. Since the Creeperian investigation led to nothing, our government don't see a utility to it.

New Gandor Abstains on this resolution.
New Gandor will vote In favor of this resolution. Justice should be fair and humane. Justice is not a sport to spectate, giving the accused face time. Executions need to be fair, quick, and private for the accused. We uphold these standards in New Gandor and will stand by these in fairness and being just.
Creeperopolis, Caezar, and Quebecshire
The Quebecshirite delegation, despite not voting yet, calls the Willdavisian response shortsighted.
"The entire point of the resolution is to prevent situations like that in Paleocacher. Resolution 007 specifically included a clause about bringing resolutions such as this forth, so it is foolish to have supported that one and to oppose this one on such shortsighted grounds."
Creeperopolis and Caezar
The Xussman Delegation votes in FAVOR of repealing Resolution 006 seeing that no effective action has taken place against the Creeperian government. This is shown as a waste of TCN resources and time.
The Xussman Delegation votes AGAINST the resolution.
Creeperopolis and Caezar
The Quebecshirite delegation condemns the ignorance of the Xussman delegation, clearly having not read the resolution, considering it very obviously acknowledges the right of a country to have capital punishment.

Lyoan Delegation to the TCN - Votes on Resolutions 009 & 010
The Lyoan delegate to the TCN stands up and declares his votes for both resolutions:
"For the first one, Resolution 009, we vote firmly IN FAVOR. There was no need for Resolution 006 to exist in the first place, and the fact that it has been passed, and nothing has come of it, it is time we repeal this waste of time and resources. As for Resolution 010, the delegation of Lyoa has no strong opinions over the issue, but we are concerned for our ally Creeperopolis. Therefore, rather than voting in favor, Lyoa shall be ABSTAINING."
Creeperopolis, Caezar, and Quebecshire
Terranihil votes AGAINST this proposal. It was a mistake by the Council of Nations to not have investigated Creeperopolis. Government sponsored mass killings, the execution of atheists and homosexuals and the use of chemical weapons are common occurrences in Creeperopolis. It is disheartening to see so called "civilized" nations vote in favor of this proposal. TCN Resolution 6 should be maintained, and Creeperopolis should be investigated afterward.
Terranihil votes FOR this proposal. These regulations are obviously necessary because of recent events in Paleocacher. The regulations described here are not strict at all. No nation should need to use fire or animals in executions.
Caezar and Quebecshire
The Lyoan delegate responds to the Terranilian delegate:
"Where is your evidence? It seems all of these crimes you are claiming happen in Creeperopolis, actually happen in Terranihil. You should focus on fixing your own country before you go around accusing others of having similar problems. There are no uses of chemical weapons in Creeperopolis, there are no executions of any group by the Creeperian government, and there are no mass killings. All of these are lies designed to discredit the proud international reputation of Creeperopolis."

Resolution 009
- "Quebecshire votes in favour of the repeal of Resolution 006. The initial resolution served no productive purpose due to both Creeperian declination of support for the efforts and due to a lack of effort from the sponsors to pursue their goals after passage. This repeal is sensible."
Resolution 010
- "Quebecshire votes in favour of this resolution we have sponsored. Resolution 007 came with a clause calling for this sort of legislation. Let's go over the facts, the resolution declares the right of a nation to maintain capital punishment and only prohibits two forms of doing so. The only banned activities are two inhumane methods, unlawful punishing of family members, and coercing people to attend public executions. Because of this, we would like to encourage nations to vote in favour and ask Willdavie and Xusma to reconsider their positions based on the actual content of the resolution.

The San Carlos Islands votes AGAINST this resolution. The Commonwealth condemns the lack of initiative in investigating Creeperopolis. We believe that instead of repealing a resolution that was passed for good reason, absolving Creeperopolis of any wrongdoing without an investigation; we should compel the TCN to actually act on Resolution 006.
The San Carlos Islands ABSTAINS on this resolution. Whereas the intentions of this resolution are admirable and ought to be lauded; the Commonwealth refuses to recognize the right of TCN member states to employ capital punishment.
Creeperopolis, Xusma, Caezar, and Terranihil
Morova votes against the resolution. As the Morovan documentary crew from NMR showed, human rights abuses are rampant in Creeperopolis
"Once again, Resolution 006 was specifically targeting the Creeperian government. There are no government-sponsored killings of anyone in Creeperopolis, therefore this resolution must be repealed immediately. Additionally, it does not make sense that Morova uses a propaganda film as a source."
Creeperopolis and Caezar
Morova votes in favor of this resolution
In hoping to discourage the killings of atheists in Creeperopolis, Morova votes in favor of the resolution.
The Quebecshirite Delegation responds,
"Per international archive published by Creeperopolis themselves, while we are committed to supporting the Creeperian government on these matters, the phrase Both sides deployed chemical weapons. is used in regard to the Creeperian coup d'etat earlier this year."
Creeperopolis and Caezar
"There is no evidence for this claim."

Foxilan votes Against this resolution as the nation of Creeperopolis and its government has continued to violate human rights. We can not allow members of this council to believe it is okay to do anything. We should have never allowed these violations to be ongoing for such a long period of time, it is shameful.
Foxilan votes In Favor of this resolution. This is something all nations should be in agreement, there should be no cruel and unusual punishments. Allowing a person to be shamed before death in a nation under this council’s authority is utterly wrong! Foxilan encourages other nations to vote In Favor of the resolution and thanks the nation of Quebecshire for sponsoring it.

"There is no reliable evidence that Creeperopolis has violated human rights. Although, Lyoa doesn't expect much from a nation that openly backs destabilizing groups in Lyoa."

Bro I made a feature length film with that evidence
"I think most of us can agree that no good is coming out of Creeperopolis and no good is coming out of Lyoa. We must continue investigations. If Creeperopolis has truly done nothing wrong like you claim, then we will find nothing in these investigations."
Creeperopolis and Caezar
"No, I don't think we do."
Creeperopolis, Caezar, and Third dynasty of ur
"No investigations have taken place around two months after the passing of this resolution. It has done no good, and an unnecessary violation of Creeperian sovereignty is not the answer, especially if it is backed up by a supporter of LRCC rebels."
