It showed a map of the Republic of China, and the territories controlled by the various warlords. "Unlike what most of the world believes, china is not united." Hara said. "Their democratic system has failed them and various Generals have fractured their army and begun fighting for land much like animals in a cage. However, we can use this to our advantage, and take the warlords out together, and take the lands that were destined to be ours." He said looking at the Bogd. "Your ancestors once ruled over China...and tried to take my homeland." Takashi then breathed in deeply before exhaling softly.
"Though our ancestors may have been enemies, The Emperor wishes that you, as the descendant of Genghis Khan accept our offer of an alliance to secure Asia not just for Japan, but for the Mongolian Empire as well." He stated as he then bowed his head before the Bogd. The other Japanese officers in the room also got onto their knees before bowing before the Bogd as well. Never before have the Imperial guards bowed before another nations ruler, their sincerity was just, and they knew the Emperor allowed for this only rarely.

Your noble people were some of the few to successfully resist our incursions. That alone deserves respect. Mr. Takashi, I accept your great Emperor's offer of alliance."
Bogd smiles at Takashi.
I hope the current WA resolution doesn't pass. It would be such a pain to reorganize the way capital punishment works in my country. But then again, I suppose I could always leave the WA.
