You have to first register at the off site forum and then apply for citizenship, which is through applying for membership in the electoral college.

The Southern and Central region of Isaanation is scortched in extreme Summer heatwaves of 39c in the Southern and 37c in the Central while the Nothern and N, Western regions are battered by torrential rian and overcast spells. Violent storms are expected to flow into next week across the Central region.
In other news a bizzare distress call from an allie planet in another system has been recived today stating that a cluster of large spheres are making their way towards (Planet Zarg) Zorgs long distance sister planet as a potential alien invasion could be immonent, how we adress the situation is still unknown. And Isaanation has decided to begin a deal with The Dutch Republic regarding medical supplies with is colonies as the fight against the pirates has been given the ok by Empire leaders including myself as a threat to our system has been breeched.

The Dutch republic wil be escorting the medical technology out of the system to protect it against pirates and if the emperor agrees we could send the 738th fleet to help you quell the pirates and destroy al their bases and ships

Or we could do a planetary bombardment to make al live on the planets go non existing but that is our last option.

Hmmm well I as the Emperor (royal family) of Isaanation am dissapointed to find trechery within my own nations governement. Bring them to me (any of my people betraying my nation will be punished by me and my side of things) For treason it only ever ends one way (death pnealty regardless, that applies to even me) We will handle the traitors from our nation, But you could always set up a small base of operations with your ONI if the Moon City of Triton just outside our planets orbit agrees to this?
I can consult with them but depsite the fact Isaanation deployed the super space moon city into our planetry orbit about a decade ago it still is a fully independant city well could call it a mini man made planet of its own within Zorgs jusridictions. So I physically have no power over the cities that orbit outside of the atmosphere but I do have a right to question them. Triton are all about space defense I feel as Princess Xzena (wife to one of your royal members is in charge of space htreats you won't have much issue having a space station for your fleets to come in and out of at will. The planet cannot legally touch you (unless you posed a threat) If Triton say it is ok to give extra support I say it is too.
