This dispatch is intended to be read on a computer. If you are on a phone, some things may look odd.
Tier system: Tier 1 is for seriously problematic individuals/regions as well as regions with embedded fascism. Tier 2 is for regions whose members have committed serious acts typically unrelated to ideological alignment.

The Bongos United	Current governor was puppetswept in May 2023 for creating fascist LARP nations and impersonation under the name Bongo states of america (see here and here).
NATO 2022	Current governor is a former supporter and sympathizer of Stepan Bandera (a Ukranian Nazi who worked with Nazi Germany during World War II and who is widely condemned even by most Ukranians). The region also permits transphobes to hold regional office, even placing them on the jury at their own "trial".
Isle of Wooloo Kingdom	Formerly problematic for relations with Layem, prominent member North American Imperial State (Wooloos) is known to hurl slurs and racist insults frequently, among other things. Evidence document
Serovski Mir 2022	Current governor, Federal Republic of Serov, was a transphobe who attempted to commit suicide by moderator (i.e. get himself DEATed from the game and be unable to return). See here, here, and here. The region is also currently allied with NATO 2022 (see above).
Raxulan Empire	Current governor was previously puppetswept for using officer titles to troll and flamebait. He's also a homophobic using the Bible as a thin veil (see here and click under "Homophobia" or "Lesbianism"). Also see here.
One Collective Brain Cell	Current governor supports Raxula and frequently spouts fascist sympathy remarks (including during Liberate Serovski Mir 2022 when they said this, also said they would accept "embassies from ALL regions, fascist or non fascist"). Also told a prominent anti-fascist to "go to hell".
RAAI	Houses problematic administration of Hellish Dominion of Abysmal Torment (see below).
The Eternal Order	Administration elected, appointed, and refused to remove, fascist roleplayers as well as anti-LGBTQ rhetoric. See this dispatch for more.
The United Mapgame Nations	Pinned dispatches include various admissions of guilt of continued anti-LGBT rhetoric and labelling anyone who is pro-LGBT as fascist and SJWs.
Free Japan	Inhabited by a nation known for making homophobic comments.

Tier 2
GOAT	Leader titled "Empress" deleted the region forums of Astoria (forum destruction is forbidden under COOPS).
Microjapan	Region's founder previously attempted to IP grab raiders and was deleted (China scr).
