It's a league of neutral countries, founded by Egypt, Yugoslavia, Ghana, and Indonesia.
Ah you actually reminded me i have spetsnaz in Libya sitting around doing nothing at the moment.
That's diverse. But the only nation worth caring about in that list is Yugoslavia, who we consider brothers.
The apple does not fall far from the tree.
How much of an international uproar do you want when you attack Alexandria with Spetsnaz?
Speaking of apples not falling far from tree's, i have business in Romania.
I'll rename it Це Україна (This is Ukraine)
How many Spetsnaz forces do you have stationed in Libya?
1st Special Purpose Detachment, Ploiești, Romania
Following several hours of preparation, Three Spetsnaz Operative's dressed up to blend in with the local population in central Ploiești have cornered an unsuspecting Slavic Romanian in a restaurant. day already turned night One stay's in the restaurant waiting to signal in case of local law enforcement.
As the Slavic Man leaves the restaurant He's dragged into a local alleyway and beaten to near death by the two operative's. One of the two video tape the whole thing in a way as to avoid showing any of their face's, said video is later and securely uploaded onto public media titled "Slavic jumped by anti-Slavic Romanian's." Having left the scene of the crime as quickly as possible they leave to meet up at a temporary headquarters near the edge's of the city.
Three more similar operations are to be conducted over the course of two week's.
Yugoslavidia let's do some math. The Special Operation Forces of Ukraine has 4,000 active personnel. Let's say... 200 of your men at least are stationed inside Libya. The Central Security Forces of Egypt house over 450,000 active personnel. The Egyptian Army has 438,500 active personnel. An attack on Alexandria, would require you to fight through the APD, including 475 active personnel. 200 CSF soldiers would be stationed there for security purposes, and an attack would attract lots of Egyptian soldiers.
I rest my case.
80. they where sent to combat local extremist's with the Libyan government.
Then an attack would be steamrolled by the local police forces.
Why would i attempt a literal invasion with a small group? their special force's their meant for special operations. Also this is saying you have for some reason have over 400,000 military personal on stand bye in Alexandria?
I'm not saying I do, I'm saying I have far more personnel that can be called to Alexandria. It would be stupid to put 400,000 soldiers in one place, especially security forces.
I'd like to point out that in 2000 the number probably would have been lower, also Egypt has a gdp that would make other third world nations embarrassed and the majority your army comes from a non-professional conscript force.
Am I allowed to not have a military?
That does not mean we are at a disadvantage though, special force's are not used in a situation where an army would be practical. A counter operative group would be far more effective.
I suppose. I mean...there would be serious issues with that but if you figure it's worth it, I cant tell you how to run your nation.
Also i was unsure if this would be considered against rule of controlling other citizens though i figured it would mostly be fine.
I'm kidding, I'm working around the budget problems by snipping out tanks and keeping a mostly suppressant force.
Again, run it as you see fit.
Plus, I have a plan to improve my nation, which is why I'm buying up suppressant forces instead of tanks n sh*t.
