Brennus, a nation who had some controversy with a PATO member of territory lost within a recent war, would be the first nation on Archrons eyes to befriend in the North. Dainlun would certainly be coming, but for now the Archian government sought to make it vital to meet with Brennus over the relations with PATO and with a pursued friendship of Numotu as a whole. An Envoy was sent to establish communications with Brennus through the Imperiums borders.

Brennian officials would accept the request for a diplomatic meeting with Archron empire officials. They requested that the meeting be held on Empire territory, as recent developments within Brennus have limited their ability to host diplomatic events.

Once completed, these nuclear powerplants shall generate about 560 TWh of electricity, allowing the government to decommission 6 of the 40 coal powerplants in Averius. In addition, four hydroelectric dams are also being set to be built with a combined electrical generation of 700 TWh of electricity, allowing a further 7 coal powerplants to be decommissioned. The dams would be built around Fox Lake, located in the center of the nation. Each powerplant, both hydroelectric and nuclear power, would take about five years to build and would allow the decommissioning of 32.5% of the coal powerplants in the nation.

The mission goes on for the later months with the Korps and the Garrison slowly wearing down the numbers of the Kingsguard, The operation would last a few more years at the current pace if no disruption is made, although a flow of illegal weapons trade and more experienced soldiers to the Kingsguard has been observed over the few months, with front-line garrisons around the Chalder river and mountains being pushed back due to unusually high numbers of militiamen being fielded by the terrorist group, forcing them to concede territory in the most remote parts of the places. For the parts of Lentelan that cannot be gained, they are seeded with herbicides and harassed with daily bombardments of cluster-bombs to harass the rebels, something they have in quantity.

General Wilhelm II could see that the locals appear to favor them and are somewhat more manageable thanks to their food-handouts, despite Governor-General Hanabirai's protests earlier. RP: Improving Conditions

For the 10,000 tons of work is ongoing. As Army Engineer's begin to move in to set up Public water fountains and begin to try to hire local teacher's and sports team fanatics to get Public Parks back up and education back up. With General Wilhelm II writing back to Rhine about appalling situation he finds himself in. Public Aid Stations are being set up in which Rhineland Doctors are brought in to provide free inspection and treatment. Furthermore bigger effort to continue handing out food is made.

The Rhine begins to place pressure on Ceolan Government to allow there General to improve the situation further or the Rhine may take radical action for the situation. In which words of Referendum thrown around is noted.

As for the other 50,000 they continue to serve there duties. They do talk with local's trying to win hearts and minds, often handing out chocolate to children. That is not to say its all puppy eyes, as the Korps has proven they can be extremely violent against Rebel force's. RP: Series 2 Army/Industrial Buildup , Part 3

So far the introduction to the Industrial and Military buildup has been going well. However Kaiser Hemlock has begun investment into 'Strategic means' to ensure Rhine Sovereignty is maintained.

Weapons of 'Strategic Means':

It was no secret that Chemical Warfare was not off the table in any conflict. However it was considered as a weapon of last resort. With Wallace building the facilities, Alexander expanding upon them and Hemlock continuing that expansion. Now another Expansion is ongoing, including an addition. Chlorine and Mustard Gas stockpiles had been ongoing with a new round of order placed in. However investment into new ways to weaponize the weapons had been allocated. With New Storage Facilities and two Research Facilities being made.

Investment in this sector would also favor chemical production facilities. As research in this sector often contributed to new production methods as well.

Renaissance of the Luftstreitkrafte:

Investment for Air Force was nothing new. As Expansion upon Transport planes, Bomber Core and Jet Fighter's are underway. With bidders chosen as Rhine Borb Co. and Jericho Company are taken in to produce the new aircraft. As for the runway's. New Investment to expand and upgrade them from Dirt Airfields into paved and proper runways is ongoing.

Investment into the Fire Plains with said Air Force is of importance. As new Airports are being constructed and new Jet Fighters being ordered to fill said Military Airports.

Government Intervention had done one thing, but Hemlock felt subsidies could go a long way. With the population of the Lake Gloria Region expected to grow by several hundred million in the coming decades, a series of plans came forth - to be later known as the "Lake Gloria Projects" - to expand and consolidate the metropolitan areas around the region into a single supermassive urban conglomeration, otherwise known as a "Gigacity".

The Lake Gloria Project will comprise of five major parts - the Audoti Urban Megaregion, Longarnes Urban Megaregion, Columbia Urban Megaregion, Panahan Urban Megaregion, and the Gloria Gigaplex Ring. With the aid of the Solingarchi Federation, the continent of Numotu had undergone vast industrial development and economic growth. Several megaprojects done by the MS had brought vast growth to the continent, and yet there was still more to do.

In order to facilitate the establishment of Archron as a preeminent military power on the global stage, the nation's industry and military complex needed massive growth. After all, a military was nothing without the proper industry to support such. As such, the MS - in cooperation with the Archian Armed Forces and the Archian Government proper - has rolled out a series of projects under the overarching "Western Development Initiative". The WDI, as it's name suggests, will facilitate the construction of vast amounts of industry across the continent's west - focused around a series of cities which will act as the project's cores.

The City of Vesti, in the west of the continent, has been selected to serve as the core of the project itself - with a heavy amount of the project's development centered around Vesti itself. Surrounding the city, a series of urban development projects will take place in order to grow the city - in tandem with the Vesti Industrial Projects which are set to construct a "massive amount of industry around the City of Vesti in the form of factories, refineries, shipyards, and similar". Furthermore, the City of Vesti will be gaining its own Vänkënaa - a massive subterrean section of the city, which will host a large amount of superdense residential and industrial zones.

Several other cities across the Numotu West will gain similar amounts of growth. Refineries, Factories, Shipyards, and similar will be constructed around cities across Numotu's West - linked by rail lines and even highways - to form an efficient and expansive network of industry to support the Archians.

Furthermore, a large number of military installations shall be constructed across the Continent's West, to allow for greater military control and ability across the continent.

Nesters Finance Banking Group will allocate the funding for thirty-four percent over one of these Megaregions. If the Lake Gloria Projects group would accept these funds Nester would like a special Financial sector(building whatever you're calling floors) and for a personally crafted Solingarchi Sprite living spaces within that Megaregion. The Korps air cavalry have arrived in the city of Sellamba, a fortress that made it clear to many that a frontal siege is impossible. The governor's mansion is in the hilltop, military intelligence suggesting that Hanabirai Zatu has made it his residence away from the horrors of the war. Although initially welcomed in the city proper as messagers from Wilhelm, they have denied them audience with Hanabirai, forcing them to either sneak inside or assault the mansion directly, surrounded by enemies from all sides, although it was a strange thing that gunshots could already be heard from inside of the premises . . .

RP : An Electoral Drama

Congressman Alan growls in rage, shattering the glass cup on his bloodied paw.

The dirty bastard thieving Shardin, as he thought, betrayed him and his trust. Honour and loyality has no weight upon the foreigners, the elections being mere few weeks away. The large cougar-like Felic sat down on his office desk. Thinking and thinking . . . he could bribe the congress to kick the Rhinelanders out, no . . . they were dirty leftists, unsympathetic to his ideals. Everything that had happened in Ceolan was all thanks to him! The Republic's entire military was all under his control, if the Rhinelanders think that they could so easily discard him as a used tissue once they no longer have need of him, Alan was going to prove them wrong.

He has all the blackmail to kick them out now, the Korps involved in the atrocities concerning Operation Rainbow Village, their betrayal of General Hanabirai who was then to die under the orders of his bodyguard, and the coup d'etat planned by Hemlock by inviting the presidential candidates into his traps. He considered himself to be always one step ahead of his enemies, for his dream will soon then be fulfilled.

News came in from the Republic of Ceolan with the Ceolan Congress, approving independent investigations by the Imperial Republic of Rhineland to be made against Congressman Alan, although later on, full details of the Rhineland's treachery has been showcased to public by privately-owned media channels, all the horrifiying warcrimes commited in Lentelan, and the ongoing dispute in Ingveld with Wilhelm II going supposedly rogue. All sorts of dirt has been spilled on their "ally", with Dux Handuteva Sal Maccuna's death from a Shardin-Lirana conspiracy, Chemical weapons upon Lentelan citizens, cruxification and impalement of civilians in Chalder River, and electoral manipulation in Mere Larica by Korps troops.

Congressman Alan has took it to himself to order a sixty-thousand man Typhon army to mobilize and arrest the embassy, as well as the detachment to interrogate them for their crimes against freedom. It seems for many, today was going to be a very bloody day. Typhon Services Corporate's forces have also begun mustering in the three islands of Neurille, Effereti, and Dunisio, surrounding government buildings under the pretense of guarding against potential Rhinelander retaliation.

General Wilhelm II knew it was all or Nothing. He would be welcomed as a Hero or a Traitor to the Imperial Republic. He thought it best to cut his lines of communication and to try his best to save the Civilians.

His troops began to engage the Cityguard alongside the Milita to try to save Civilians. Evacuations are organized at the city edge as they could not guarantee protection from Chemical weapons. Troops already were in full Gasmask gear. With 20,000 of the 50,000 trying a push outside of the city's to engage the WMD site's being set up. Already using counter-artillery battery against sites there trying to set up.

OPERATION FUBAR

Wilhelm II knew if they had a chance to salvage anything they would need Mr.War Crime alive... aka Governor-General Hanabirai. He ordered his Huey soldiers to take him alive... it was indeed a suicide mission. As the Huey's went to attack approach they began to fire there payloads of missiles towards AA Gun positions and there Machine gunners were blasting out the side's. As 4 Heli's were trying to land 40 men to storm the governor's mansion and take the Bastard in Alive for "Interrogation."

As Far as Hemlock knew the situation it was all FUBAR. Wilhelm II had gone radio quiet with few Media sources on the ground reporting fighting between Governor General Force's and Wilhelm II force's. Then there was the Embassy situation. He was already in the situation room sending a single order to what force's he could contact around the Embassy.

The Embassy Pawmark

The Ambassador stared in horror at the message "You are on your own, Hold out for as long as you can until relief force's can arrive. Burn Everything!" To which The Head Ambassador was taken out of his Trance when Commander Rommel began to slap him. "WAKE UP MR.AMBASSADOR" he heard Rommel say. To Which he snapped out and looked to Commander Rommel Hessen. The Commander picked him up in a fireman's carry and began to hurry him to the PANIC ROOM.

Commander Rommel had Rhine-Pawmark Unity Defense Troops to his name... including 60 Embassy Guards. The RPUDT had 2,000 infantry, 4 Panzer 4's (Dated), 60 Artillery peices, 12 Anti-Tank guns and 2 AA Guns. It was not alot but he had orders to hold the Embassy and he had a Military base to use for that. His force's were already digging in a perimiter and were preparing for the up and coming siege that would inevitably take place. However Rommel was very familiar with the ground he was on and his men were familiarized with it. They already were setting up Killzones and setting up defenses were they could. The Panzer 4's were roaring and preparing to provide assistance but he worried about the fuel situation for a long siege. Foxhole's were being dug as well. By now he could see Embassy workers burning stacks of shredded paper as the embassy was in full "Burn" mode. Rommel knew he could not allowed to be taken alive as they would be tortured for a "Confession". He knew there was Ironclads from the Colony ready to steam to rescue them but that would take time... Commander Rommel cursed as he did eventually reach his HQ in the Base and realize it really was up to General Wilhelm II to save the day.

RP : There is more than one way

The mercenaries are certainly well-equipped with top-of-the-line weapons, hundreds of tanks, APCs, trucks, self-propelled artillery, and aerial units begin circling Ingveld's positions. The local airforce is deployed with AWACs and ground support aircraft raining down missiles and bullets on Wilhelm's positions, with even a squadron of four strategic bombers on the way to shower a combination of clusterbombs and chemical weapons. They are merciless in their efforts to bury Ingveld and their defenders alive. In Ingveld, both former Lentelan soldiers of the monarchy and the undercover Kingsguard have joined up in their defense alongside the Korps, pushing aside their differences for the sake of survival.

Wilhelm II could not evacuate the civilians anywhere, they were trapped and encircled. A sally will have to be organized into the south of the Balonga mountains where Typhon control is low, directly into the red-zones of the Kingsguard. Each hour that passes, more and more begin dying from the sustained bombardment of the mercenaries, only shortly stopped as they have switched to tactical strikes against counter-battery forces.

In Sellamba, the forces sent by Wilhelm II have entered the mansion, engaging into a short firefight with the bodyguard of the Governor-General, apparently equipped with full tactical gear. Most of the hueys are under heavy fire from the city, missiles and flak alike gunning them down from all sides, they will have to escape the city from the sewers themselves if they want to evade detection.

In the mansion, they have encountered Hanabirai Zatu into a skirmish with his bodyguards, blowing them up with a fireball from his palm. The old Felic appears to be a mage himself, and although many of the Korpsmen would be expecting a fight with the Governor-General, he concedes and surrenders himself peacefully, not wanting to lose his life. He allows himself to be interrogated by anybody.

RP : The Embassy Siege

An unlikely ally teams up with the Rhine-Pawmark Unity Defence Troops, the local Typhon mercenary forces whom had trained and befriended with them for years, apparently defecting to their side, along with the civilians of Pawmark that are receptive to the Rhinelanders. Numbering up to twelve thousand volunteers, they had presented themselves infront of the military base ready to fight against Congressman Alan's forces. Roads and bridges blown up, IEDs and anti-tank mines are planted to slow the advance of Typhon into the city and to buy time for the embassy to evacuate.

The city proper, being built and fortified against the incursions of the Human Worker's League, retains many of its military installments that prove useful into the defense against Congressman Alan's army of sixty thousand. The first shots were fired hours upon the army's realization that the embassy wont surrender, although the city was spared from artillery bombardments themselves unlike Ingveld, lest civilian opinion would turn against Typhon.

Katya leaves the gala with a few fond farewells to those she'd spoken with to return home as well as her sister Katrina and sister-in-law Rhea. the trio are followed back to the armored cars that brought the Etr-Kyver from the port by the two silver legion attendants. On their way back to the Cruiser 'AEP Scylla' , Katya remains mostly quiet and within her own mind contemplating all that had happened at the international gathering while her relative guests chat amoungst themselves discussing plans for once they reach Etrius. Serious doubts had infected her mind over the "Conversation" shared with the President Katerina of Kemonomica. The actions the woman considered an affront were not the issue, but rather the implications of their truth. The Kalranian Stability Initiative was once a glorious beacon of prosperity under her mother's watch - always ready to aid and take in those that needed help to their feet but now seemed so... decrepit, decadent, complacent. the poor were still struggling, the weak still defenseless and wars were on the rise. This was not Abdul and Natalia's dream but a perversion of it. the moment she reached Kiros there would be serious changes in the works along the lines of common diplomacy, defense and aid organization. Yeah, and maybe even a trip to redivert some of that aid back to Kemonomica - the initiative needed whipping back into shape.

Katya's further thoughts on the matter were interrupted by a phone call. It was her emergency number for official use and gave way to a stiff sounding General Kilo Maraxae, who spoke calmly but was audibly wound tighter than spring steel.

The mercenaries are certainly well-equipped with top-of-the-line weapons, hundreds of tanks, APCs, trucks, self-propelled artillery, and aerial units begin circling Ingveld's positions. The local airforce is deployed with AWACs and ground support aircraft raining down missiles and bullets on Wilhelm's positions, with even a squadron of four strategic bombers on the way to shower a combination of clusterbombs and chemical weapons. They are merciless in their efforts to bury Ingveld and their defenders alive. In Ingveld, both former Lentelan soldiers of the monarchy and the undercover Kingsguard have joined up in their defense alongside the Korps, pushing aside their differences for the sake of survival.

Wilhelm II could not evacuate the civilians anywhere, they were trapped and encircled. A sally will have to be organized into the south of the Balonga mountains where Typhon control is low, directly into the red-zones of the Kingsguard. Each hour that passes, more and more begin dying from the sustained bombardment of the mercenaries, only shortly stopped as they have switched to tactical strikes against counter-battery forces.

In Sellamba, the forces sent by Wilhelm II have entered the mansion, engaging into a short firefight with the bodyguard of the Governor-General, apparently equipped with full tactical gear. Most of the hueys are under heavy fire from the city, missiles and flak alike gunning them down from all sides, they will have to escape the city from the sewers themselves if they want to evade detection.

In the mansion, they have encountered Hanabirai Zatu into a skirmish with his bodyguards, blowing them up with a fireball from his palm. The old Felic appears to be a mage himself, and although many of the Korpsmen would be expecting a fight with the Governor-General, he concedes and surrenders himself peacefully, not wanting to lose his life. He allows himself to be interrogated by anybody.

RP : The Embassy Siege

An unlikely ally teams up with the Rhine-Pawmark Unity Defence Troops, the local Typhon mercenary forces whom had trained and befriended with them for years, apparently defecting to their side, along with the civilians of Pawmark that are receptive to the Rhinelanders. Numbering up to twelve thousand volunteers, they had presented themselves infront of the military base ready to fight against Congressman Alan's forces. Roads and bridges blown up, IEDs and anti-tank mines are planted to slow the advance of Typhon into the city and to buy time for the embassy to evacuate.

The city proper, being built and fortified against the incursions of the Human Worker's League, retains many of its military installments that prove useful into the defense against Congressman Alan's army of sixty thousand. The first shots were fired hours upon the army's realization that the embassy wont surrender, although the city was spared from artillery bombardments themselves unlike Ingveld, lest civilian opinion would turn against Typhon.

RP: The Truth Unravels....

Wilhelm II slowly is forced to retreat his force's back into the city due to high casualties. His remaining 55,000 Forces rallied with any ally they can work with trying to open a breach in the lines to begin ferrying civilians out. With Wilhelm II sezing the city's Public Transport, School buses and Taxi's to ferry people out quicker from the city. The goal is to hold a breach as long as possible to allow civilians to escape the Rubble house the city is becoming. As Wilhelm II force's retreat into the city it becomes a sniper hellhole. With Troops dug into the rubble fighting side by side with City Milita and King's Guard. Rhine Media was conflicting the story as reports showing Mercenary force's gassing the city's and Wilhelm's II force's defending and evacuating civilians complicated the Congressman Message. However Wilhelm II attention was to Sellamba... as he was trying to bribe whatever Mercenary force's sympathetic to him to join his side. Forces in the city were firing Shoulder Mounted AA Launchers and AA Missiles fired at the planes attempting to hit the city and 20MM Anti-Air Guns attached to the units were firing up towards the sky trying to defend evacuation points. General Wilhelm II had placed a jar of Dirt down in the city. The Jar of Dirt was dirt from the Rhine, he gave a speech to his men stating "Only think about the good done here today, the Rhine people look to you as Hero's! Let the Fate guide you upon this day! We fight for the truth and what is right! We fight to evacuate Citizens from the Murderous Barbarian! May the Spirit of the Wolf be with you! With us are the hopes and dreams of a people! Furthermore, the Lake Gloria Region was home to the largest collection of administrative and governmental buildings in the Federation - alongside a massive collection of industrial zones - making the region the most important in the Federation.

With the population of the Lake Gloria Region expected to grow by several hundred million in the coming decades, a series of plans came forth - to be later known as the "Lake Gloria Projects" - to expand and consolidate the metropolitan areas around the region into a single supermassive urban conglomeration, otherwise known as a "Gigacity".

The Lake Gloria Project will comprise of five major parts - the Audoti Urban Megaregion, Longarnes Urban Megaregion, Columbia Urban Megaregion, Panahan Urban Megaregion, and the Gloria Gigaplex Ring. Each of these parts will work interconnectedly to faciliate the growth and expansion of each constituent city, and to link the individual megaregions into a single massive gigaregion. Hearing about the planned Mega City at Lake Gloria, the Milenciano parliament didn't have to think long if they were to fund this cost expensive project or not. Since the project would be rather close and would probably also help Milenciano businesses in Northern New Solingarch, the parliament obviously agreed on funding the project and also offered to send architects and construction workers if needed.

RP: The Fallout...

Kaiser Hemlock looked upon the television closely. Seeing the confession and the truth ascertained he knew the likelihood for a Civil War in Ceolan was high now. He picked up the phone and began to dial the Congressmen he could contact asking if they could see this. On another phone he was asking for Sunkai and Archron empire peacekeepers to be sent to stabilize the situation and prepare for 3rd Dawnbreaker trials once they get Alan in a cell.

The Loudspeakers and Money... Especially Money....

Wilhelm II knew it was not over. The Message would take time to reach the population but what they could do was try. On the city Loudspeakers that were set up for the occupation, Wilhelm II plays the broadcast loudly but at the end of the broadcast his voice is added stating "You can change to the good Guy's side's and get paid by Rhine Government 5,000 to do so... or you can remain under not your bosses pay but Alan who may not pay you... and become a War Criminal with Rhine's Armies ready to place you on Trial. The Choice is your's." To which the message would repeat. For the Rebels aka KingsGuard helping Wilhelm II defend Civilians. General Wilhelm II would try to take every advantage he has to the fullest promising if they stay loyal and continue to side with him in full that he will try to advocate for Prisoner returns and for a referendum.

The Southern Revolution?

It did not take long before Rommel put two and two together. As he would have troops storm the City's broadcasting center and play the message on Rhine News to the city. In which he added asking them to text or email as many of there friends and family the video. Including there representatives in the Congress. As for the Mercenary Army coming at him... he had a logistics truck with a megaphone ask for a general cease fire so the Mercenary leader of this Army Force could speak to Commander Rommel and hear a message... maby get some money just by listening. If the Mercenaries refused... well Rommel was not against being the trigger for a Ceolan Civil War to fight against Alan and try to rescue the Congress.

Kaiser Hemlock tired of the Chaos of the East and the drama out West. Has arrived eastward challenging Po to a fist to cuffs duel.
