Ambassador Deem looked at Firo. "Hell yeah. I love seafood." Ambassador Deem cleared his throat. "Sorry, I just happen to have been a famed critic of seafood before I started my political career. I love me some good seafood." Ambassador Deem continued giving the occasional wave at people they passed along the way. "If only President Trask was here... he also loves seafood. I'd say he loves it more than me. He also loves to get outside of the nation every now and then, but with an upcoming election he is unable to do so." As the Ambassador looked forward, he saw the station in all its glory. He inhaled sharply, and let out a deep breath. "It's a bit warm here, huh?" He said, attempting to make small talk. "Although in the Federation it is also usually hot and humid. Just seems a bit warmer here, but it is also a bit nerve-racking to be out of one's own nation. More so in a nation, that you have never been near before. Usually, most people spend their life in Africa. Those that do see the outside world only have one choice: The Empire of Gora." Ambassador Deem looked around again. He switched his arm he used to wave. He smiled at people as they passed.
RP(Open): Hadalpelagic Fleet
Agloolik is seeking to purchase foreign made submarines in it's quest to have the largest submarine fleet in the world.
Currently looking to order 60 Submarines with a unit cost of 2-5 Billion depending on features.
All vessels must be increased in size by a factor of 1.09x to allow operation by a taller species and be nuclear powered. Any spread of of Guided Missiles, Ballistic missile and Hunter-Killer submarines are appreciated. Vessels must be exceedingly modern or at the very least accepting of upgrades and design changes along with variants as required by the Agloolan Naval Command.

RP: Military Downsizing
The government of the FOA has decided that, upon further review, all Reserve-Duty personnel in the Navy are to have their contracts terminated and to give them the rest of their pay as detailed by the contract, totaling to about $1,000,000. This is due to the fact there is 355,000 personnel for a Navy of only 63 ships, 20 of which are patrol vessels manned by 10 personnel crew. This will decrease the size of the Navy by over 170,000 personnel. The remaining Active-Duty personnel will remain, as in a few years there will be an addition of 2 ships.
All Reserve-Duty personnel in the Air Force will also have their contracts terminated and the rest of their pay delivered in one bulk payment. This is due to there being 300,000 personnel for 1,571 Aircraft, most of which are extremely outdated. This will come to a cost of $1,000,000. This will result in half of the Air Force no longer being employed.
All Reserve-Duty Marine Corps personnel shall also have their contracts terminated, costing the government about $350,000. This will result in the government losing $2,350,000.
RP: Health Shot IV
Several generations have passed within the city of New Lotic and the population there have begin to show a clear divide from the old and newer. With Thysan health injections and the selected Sprites showing promise with the first phases being put forward into more advance programs afterwards from hatchlings. Thysan himself have dub this newest batch the Enhance Night Sprite seeing how while not as large as they Greater they're still far bigger then their lesser parents. They also share the more sharp and refined features of some of the Greater Sprites while still lacking an additional finger their hands have changed from the more claw like to an more elegant crafting hand. The research team will keep up with studies supporting the control population along with future injections and egg engineering.
RP : Fleet of the Fishers of Men
The ISDF has initiated a Naval Fleet expansion program titled : "Fishers of Men", the program is looking to build two aircraft carriers, 10 Destroyers, 25 frigates, 15 submarines, alongside a major expansion and improvement in Naval logistics and communication. a has been signed by the Isadite Military Industries and the Andrew-Peter Shipyard to build the ships, the program is expected to cost the Nation 25 Billion (in irl USD).
The reason for this expansion is due to the experiences from the Kemonomica civil war, the current Navy found itself to be heavily unsastisfactory in field use, though no losses were received, it was recognized that the navy in the event of a real war would be easily wiped out if it isn't updated to our current standards.
RP: A new ally
After the successful talks with the leader of Sunkai, Aria Tulipano was on her way to return to her office in Milenciano. She told the media that the talks were rather successful and that a trade deal, a non aggression pact and embassies where agreed upon. Another close ally for the motherland.

RP: Some More Banter with Piralla, He's a Likeable Guy Like That
The elder diplomat chortles aloud, the slight break in the ambassador's professionalism a welcome change from strictness. At least before things return to the slight shame of Trask's absence from the event so far, "Ah, a big shame that, yes, but I am sure he will be on the next plane when you pass along a glowing review after meeting Her Majesty." The quadricycle procession continues only a few moment more before pulling up at the bottom of the staircase to the terminal, with Firo turning to exit as the guards attend to both passengers. Each of them are offered a hand down by one of the guards, the other silently maintaning their vigil.
"Ah, well, a shame that you've never explored the world, it really is. I've never had much of anywhere to see in the world either, truth be told, nor has anyone in the Queendom. So I'm sure you can understand the excitement," he vaguely gestures with his head, crowds still hollering and celebrating the arrival of a foreign official in the nation despite their complete lack of knowledge about exactly who it is that the Federation has sent. "It's Her Majesty's wish to open the country to more trade and tourism, and I dare say that your visit will be the catalyst for so much more in the coming days. Here's hoping this openness benefits all our nation's people, hmm?" From here he leads up the stairs with the help of one of the guards, waiting for Deem to walk besides him, and from there into the privacy of the station.
RP: In Review
RP Open/Mentions
Much time has passed along since the fall of the Pomerium and the introduction of the Iktah race to the world stage. In this span of time, the Imperium has journeyed far across Eastern Tengerina, by intention spreading knowledge of its existence as a people, hoping to gather knowledge on the world they have rejoined in return. Though there is still much to be seen and discovered, the first of the Iktah outside their home will need the help of those around them, whether through friendship or simple formality, for the sake of knowledge.

RP: Arrival V4
Ambassador Deem walked alongside Firo, looking up at the station and taking in the sight. "Pardon my language, but damn. This station looks really beautiful. Way better than any station we have back in the Federation." Ambassador Deem waved at a group of journalists. "The entire nation so far looks pretty nice. Although, we do have some nice-looking architecture and nature." Adam Deem looked Firo in the eyes. "I can tell this visit will be very beneficial." Deem looked forward again and resumed walking.
RP: Time Flies
President Thael Hamalainen's second year of presidency was marked with immense mediocracy and inactivity. Even after his first status of the republic address, in which he pleaded with the legislative to help push to establish foreign relations, no such push ever arrived. The Aegiri government has found itself lazy and unmotivated, and a frustrated President approached the podium in the Brismutot Parliament Building with strong and vehement words.
"My colleagues, I bring a report of stubborn complacency, laziness, and disappointing underachievement."
In President Hamalainen's hour-long speech integrated into his status report, he flamed parliament and Prime Magistrate Haanj Feldspar for "blatantly refusing to do their jobs" and claimed he expected better of a parliament supposedly committed to removing the scars of the Triumvirate. Unlike the Imperial times under the rule of just three men, Aegirine was now a full-fledged republic, with a constitution to uphold and a balance of powers to maintain, and thus parliament can't expect Hamalainen to do all the work for them. Due to parliament's "unwillingness to work", the executive branch has been fighting to make up for the slack, and because of such, Hamalainen's plans to open up to the world have been postponed for an entire year. According to Hamalainen, every politician in Aegirine works to leave the republic in a better, more refined state than it was before. Hamalainen complains that "Parliament's lack of initiative ensures my work cannot be effective to leave the impact I need to leave on this nation". The President therefore declares that he will simply no longer fight to find "unconstitutional" ways to do parliament's job.
Moving on from his complaints, he announces that he intends to welcome various ambassadors from neighboring nations or nations of particular interest to Aegirine to begin discussions of expanding Aegirine's international presence, and in particular, membership in the Kalranian Stability Initiative. (See details at the bottom).
President Hamalainen continues to status report, claiming that Aegirine remains as dry and arid as ever, and former laws enacted by the Triumvirate protecting the Nehri River from pollution have proven highly effective, keeping the Nehri River and its tributaries impressively clean. However, some urban land development occurring in the eastern realm of Aegirine have resulted in an unforeseen expansion of the Rheiv and Baasereti Deserts. President Hamalainen urges parliament to form a comprehensive urban development bill to help prevent further urban sprawl, the unique situation of Aegirine's east.
Additionally, Hamalainen makes note of Aegirine's demographic transition in its various economic sectors and points out that a serious and sudden disappearance of jobs has begun due to the advancement of Aegirine's tertiary sector. The straggling mining and raw material extraction jobs, which used to pervade Aegirine, have begun to rapidly disappear as businesses in such areas go under. The impending employment crisis is a major concern of Hamalainen, and although the President is a strong advocate for welfare and safety-net programs, he asks parliament to look into the matter and consult the Prime Magistrate with ways to help provide jobs for these low-wage, unskilled workers, who are now unemployed.
RP: Post-Address Politics
After Hamalainen's address, he returned to his office to draft various letters of invitation to the leaders of a list of nations compiled by Thael Hamalainen. Most of the nations provided on the list were members of the KSI, whom Hamalainen was adamant about forming association with. President Hamalainen asked the addressed leaders to welcome themselves or a designated ambassador to come to Kauppiaanpunki to discuss the relational future of Aegirine and their nation.

The Lirana Survey Corps would arrive across the Suutudi Cluster without welcome. The Solingarchi information about the cluster had proven to be true in this regard - there were no settlements on the island, nor were there signs of any native peoples to the island. There was, however, a large amount of native flora and fauna - and an environment that couldn't be described as anything else than lush and fertile.
The main islands would turn out to have a wide variety of easily accessible resources. Aside of the large amounts of natural lumber from the trees on the island, there were large amounts of iron and copper ores in the mountains and cliffs. Furthermore, the cliff faces were seemingly perfect for mining into or even excavating into for construction. On the largest island, a dormant volcano was the result of naturally fertile volcanic soil - which made the largest island ripe for agriculture.
The smaller islands were similar to the larger islands, but had less resources. However, one island seemed to have a large amount of a material which by all accounts was unique to the island. The material, a crystal which was seen growing near to large clusters of biomass and in the most fertile soils, had no clear abnormal properties. However, the fact that it grew exclusively in the areas with the largest amounts of nutrients and biomass seemed to lean towards the material having some relation to energies. Without further thaumological and technological testing, however, nothing would be determined about the substance.
Topographic Surveys of the Cluster leaned towards the islands having coasts perfect for construction, however the largest islands seemed to have rougher and higher elevation terrains towards their centers - as a result of their formation via volcanic activity.
The waters around the clusters seemed to be full of aquatic life. Furthermore, a type of bioluminescent amoeba and plant life in the waters around the islands proved almost magestic to see. It's sure that if the islands are developed, that this will lead to the islands having a high tourism desire.
RP: Assurances and arrangements
Kyver Katya hears of the Aegirine desire to establish relationships with new partners and the Initiative as a whole and sees the mutual benefit in such actions to further expand the ever growing Etrian trade network. The additional benefit of positive relations during the invasion of their northern neighbor by the army was sure to make its presence in her mind as well, the Federation had enough potential enemies and that list was best kept short. This President of theirs seemed very insistent and committed to his job and the people's well being and so would make the perfect envoy.
Katya would invite the elected official personally to Etrius to discuss a wide variety of the possible dealings not only with the motherland but also the Initiative. The Kyver's office in the capitol is listed as the location and transportation can be arranged to save their tax payers dollars.

RP: Nationalist Sentiments
The Archron Empire has been seen active once more, reclaiming Numotu for itself once more. Due to this, the Kynthesine Armed Forces must build more aircraft and watercraft to defend itself from the Archinite threat once more. The failures of the past regime has failed the people of Kynthes. For now, Kynthes must totally dominate the skies else there be another threat from the south. The defence of the Numotu Autonomous Republics is of the greatest concern. More fighter-bomber aircraft shall be created.

RP: Military Exercises
As the military exercises continue with every member of the African military taking part, the government of the Federation extends an invite to the 
Empire of Gora to join in on the exercises, with a number of troops equal to half of the Federations.
Meanwhile, the Navy and Air Force have ramped up their exercise intensities. The Marine Corps has been doing the same. The Night Force has started extremely intense exercises, and the Army has begun to do intense exercises after going relatively easy. Most of these exercises are occurring in the North of the FOA.

While it is true, the Archians have returned to Numotu, their first thought was not of war against the people of Kynthes. Numotu as it stands has a majority of the Archian people, but its lands had been lost to time for so long. Its great cities were retaken by nature, overran by the horrors of the Stone Caverns, and soon only the Western lands were able to be civilized as the war in the Rhine raged on. But for the Kaiseress, retaking Vaskia was the primary goal. Kynthes had the eastern outskirts of the city and that was something that needed to be retaken. But she didn't want a bloody war and she didn't want either side to spend decades tearing themselves apart for it. So instead, she offered a different way. Both nations would fight for the land but not by a rifle or by a vehicle, but their finest and greatest Generals stepping forth within Kynthes to fight it out, that way. While the nations would be at war no soldier and no bullet had to be fired, just a simple duel.
RP: Victorious
With the fall of the Nationalist League, a great happiness has swept over the Lirana Empire. That hated enemy, the one with whom so many have fought, yet have somehow never been vanquished, has fallen. A white blanket, from Lutrillia to Milare, has fallen across Kalrania, and as such the Empire has decided to ride into this new age with open arms. As such, a colossal military parade is planned for the city of Lutrillia, as a way to herald the new age, and to greater represent Lirana allies in Imperial culture. As such, the following nations have been invited to send delegations (Marked out below), with a personal letter from Queen Feylani directed to the leader of each nation. Other nations are welcome to send requests to participate, although the Empire reserves the right to turn them down.

It has recently come to Lirana Imperial Attention of the fall of the Nationalist League and Imperial Commonwealth of Tengerina, two organizations renowned for actions against civilian populations, neutral nations and other such groups in a bid to secure their own power as despots of Kalrania. This was, fortunately, brought to an end with the collapse of the state of Ponticianre, which collapsed earlier this year. The only other signatory of both agreements, the fall allows the world to breathe as both have fallen. As such, I would like to extend the Imperial hand to you by inviting a delegation of 4,000 from your national armed forces, to take place in a victory parade taking place in the city of Lutrillia.

Notable exception to the invitation is Archron empire, a nation which had large former ties with the Empire. This ignorance is believed to be due to the recent Archian invasion of Icewindia, an action seemingly targeting civilian cities in a neutral state to pursue an expansionist goal.

RP: The Way of the Saber?
The Republic accepts this proposal. The way of the saber had been lost to the Kynthesine state except for niche organizations and the Ministry of History. The Republic sees this as a way to practice the way of the saber once more. And even if the Republic loses, we lose no blood or ammunition.

The Travel of General Ril Frat wouldn't take long with an Archian MTC. Once having arrived within the republic borders, it would be pressumed the Archians would be hostile towards the republic but no, no the General showed care for the history, its flag, and the culture. But, business had to go on. Within a somewhat public view, the Archian and Kynthes General fought with the saber for a good 35 minutes, in a heated and locked struggle. Both, were fighting for their lands and both had their wills matched. But in the end, the Archian was lucky with a sudden and all out quick maneuver that disabled his opponent. Even in this moment, as the two nations were at a stand still and at war, the Archian lowered his blade and offered his hand to the Kynthe.
The Results of the duel was given to the Kaiseress who was delighted in the victory, but she had heard of Rils sportsmanship, and sought a different path. Unlike before, the Archians would ask for the tile to be ceded but they didn't want the Kynthe off it, they wanted the government to remain, and work with the Archians. The Kaiseress offered for something she patched together called the Archian-Kynthe Integration Initiative, making the tile just as important to Kynthes as it is to Archron. This allowed for Kynthes to keep all its remaining forces, buildings, factories, and more on the tile in hopes for a greater cooperation on Numotu.
