Not nearly as majestic as what kings are made out to be, Aralim thought. The King looked old and worn down, and his guards did nothing to counter that impression. Aralim stepped forward, ignoring a sharp pain in his wounded leg, and bowed to the High King. "Welcome, your Highness. I am Aralim, High Chancellor of Redpeppers. Welcome to the Unified Realms." With that said, he started to introduce his delegation.

"Kharis Fenric, High Councillor of Foreign Affairs." The old, balding man gave a bow. "Warlord Tanyth Quilar. Ellisar Wynrar, Commander of the Revolutionary Guard..."

The list of names was endless, each one baring their teeth in a faked smile and bowing their heads. It was neither very welcoming nor impolite, but then something similar was to be expected. After all, Redpeppers and monarchies had not historically gone together, and relations with Concordaia were distant at best. Still, it was a welcome.

With the introductions taken care of, Aralim gestured towards the gates of the Citadel. "Perhaps your highness would be comfortable speaking inside?" he offered.

The formalities were things that used to never bore Oliver. Tradition and propriety was something he strove to live up to, concepts that he had always idolized even before the weight of the throne was thrust upon him. Even during the most tiresome ceremonies, Oliver had either found enjoyment or resolved them to be necessary. But now, a great weariness had beset him. War and conflict had made the years weigh heavy, and now he had no regard for formalities. Time was finite, and he would rather torture himself over reading casualty reports a mile long and battle plans he could hardly understand. His irritation and minor annoyance was kept hidden beneath a fake smile of his own.

"Of course High Chancellor, the travel has made me weary and comfort is a luxury in small supply back home."

RP: Advancing the game

The Schwypian journey to Avidina would be considered a pleasant one for the Avian Queen. Having secured the possibility of Radio communication, the other nations would yet to realize how powerful Avia was soon to become

However, this wasn’t the only advancement made. Rotalia, beginning to allow their minds to wonder have created a large boost for their strength. Having the idea of wanting to make a bigger rifle, they would have accidentally created a cannon like weapon. The first used were test runs, launched at small hills. Causing a large amount of damage, Rotalia would begin to shift its eyes on the Sun Empire. Queen Arcwind, hearing of this shocking discovery, would immediately begin organizing a diplomatic mission to Rotalia.

Whiskwindia on the other hand, would be late to the party on hearing this news. Soon, they would begin to make their own attempts but fail every time. Avia has requested Basaran to aid in its own production. Or, it will begin purchases from Rotalia. Unknowingly to Rotalia, Queen Arcwind has ordered that whatever these weapons were, were to be disassembled and forged into something better

Rumanian States wrote:RP: Social Democrats Win Majority in Two Assemblies, Socialists Win Federation Presidency
The Partidul Reformei Progresiste (Social Democrats) has won a majority in the two federal assemblies of the Adunări after the largest national election in Rumanian history, much like the constitutional vote it included those 16 and older as well as non-citizen residents. The next three largest parties to win seats in the Adunări were the Alianța Socialistă de Nord (Socialists), Liberalii (Liberals), and Partidul Federal (Devolutiontists). While the Social Democrats swept the Legislative election, winning them the position of National Speaker, the position of President of the Federation (abbrev -> Pres O.F.) went to Socialist candidate Ihai Moseleu who, independently of his party, ran an extremely successful and popular campaign based on the creation of an expansive welfare system. The Republics Assembly was dominated by the Devolutionists, who saw large success in many Republic elections across the nation, often facing harsh competition from regional representation parties. While the election progressed smoothly and the outcome has so far proved non-controversial, some fears have been raised after two extremist parties, on opposite ends of the spectrum, garnered high than expected levels of support. The Partidul Luccist din Roumânia (Stalinist), which promotes the extremist ideology of Vasille Luca in the April Revolution, and Partid Național de Avansare (Fascist), which promotes highly nationalistic, race and species homogeny and principles of "national revivalism." Both groups had small a minute presence in Rumanian politics pre-revolution but during the civil war their numbers swelled dramatically and now stand to wield power in national politics.

RP:Emergency meeting on the slave revolts and subsequent fracture of state 1-24-2157

In Batong commotion is all about, news has just broke that in a recent wave of uprisings has lost them the majority of the territory administered by their empire. Reporters and concerned citizens pack central plaza so densely that the vender carts and the concrete under their feet can hardly be seen. At the center of the plaza the glass tower gives off an immaculate burst of light, followed by the blinders at the base floor lowering into the floor, exposing the glasshouse.

Chatter dies down to a buzz as all men in the room take seats, clad in long ceremonial jackets of various appearances and white pants, the hoods of their headscarves down. This is with the exception grand judge 5, draped in black robes from head to toe which obscure his vision as well as his form.

Let us commence. I have been informed of the following positions, if any others of distinct difference are held, make them known:

Agenda Crack, acting at the moment closest to the interest of our troops, whom they remind us are the prime guaranteers of our own interests. Their response plan is first to forcefully borrow 2% of the market's total chest, bringing the size of the public sector to 16% of whole. This will be used to supress property violation to an aceptable degree via employ of auxiliary law agencies and hire a new army to capture lost territory as well as make open a safe passage for our army on campaign to come and replenish. Decree will be issued of a monetary reward for any mercenary group that recovers us a lost city.

Agenda Endure, very simply a domestic military for combatting criminals will be dispatched so long as property violation is high enough to make it justified constitutionally, the army will be recalled to simply focus on regaining Bihem, a policy of relying on mercenaries to further our expansion while we the army men focus on maintaining stable controll of a scaled back territory. Offers will be made to releive some less important outlying cities of our claim to their land in exchange for concession.

Agenda Dice, the army will advance and attempt capturing cities up into the coast regardless, upon securing them will march back. Property violations will be temporarily delagated to free market solutions in order to muster the funds to purchase more advanced weaponry from Crash and assemble an ensemble of harassers that will meet problematic monsters and enemy arriesgar in the feild for the purpose of thinning them both numerically and in terms of strands of will.

Within 300 days a concensus must be made, otherwise the largest camp's position will be adopted. Either the backing of 10% of the free market or of Crash or of a foreign state-proper or of the man who kills the representative identified highest cringe in the room will count for an extra vote, besides this it will be left to 28 amongst the 29 of you.

RP: Reconstruction
The toll of ten years of non-stop conflict had taken an unimaginable toll on the nation, nearly 30 million had been killed, millions displaced, and thousands rendered homeless, the material toll was even higher, city blocks, utilities, farmlands, and all types of infrastructure had been either damaged or destroyed completely. Millions still lacked reliable sources of electricity, clean water, and heating. Even as the fighting ended, the nation demilitarized, and a new government was created, the scale of the destruction had not yet been comprehended. Now, almost two and a half years after the signing of the Treaty of Cetea Alba, reconstruction would finally begin. The SFRS government, under the control of the National Reconstruction Coalition between the three largest parties, would begin a bipartisan effort to rebuild the nation. Reconstruction would by no means be easy, nor quick, and is expected to last between 20 and 35 years without significant foreign aid. The government's first goal in reconstruction would be to set the groundwork for all future operations and to bring back essential utilities to functioning capacity. Thus the start of reconstruction is set to focus on infrastructure, utilities, healthcare, and education, with emphasis on returning utilities as soon as possible. Because all the entities focused on in the first stage of reconstruction are entirely state owned and operated, the reconstruction would be carried out through the state-established Reconstruction and Development Department, which functions as both the governing body for reconstruction as well as a nation jobs creation program.

RP:
Just thirty years ago the idea of socialists, or socialist-leaning parties, being the largest bloc in Rumanian politics was unheard of. While the Rumanian people have supported a progressive government since the fall of the monarchy, conservatism had always been a powerful political force, and the people had a generally favorable outlook on the moderate way things were run. The suffering and extremes of the civil war pushed much of the population towards extremes, either further towards socialism or closer to traditionalism, with a larger emphasis on socialism. However, the undecisive conclusion to the civil war meant that not one side won it all, the socialists won out but the conservatives and moderates held their ground, creating a odd mix between the two. The best example of this mixture is religion and religious freedoms, which typically suffers under more socialist governments; however, over 85% of the Rumanian population still considers themselves as practicing some religion, with some clergy members even serving in government, thus forcing the government to adopt a very lenient approach to religion. And even the lenient approach adopted by the new government still has many concerned, with notes of protest being raised by several Ecumenical Council members. Another effect of the indecisive socialist victory is the Rumanian economy and labor policies. Originally, Northern Socialist Coalition leaders had envisioned a very state-involved economic system that would see almost the entire economy controlled by Republic or national government. However that would not fly with the PGR or the Schwypians, who demanded a free market in some capacity. Thus the system which followed was a bastardized version of a the socialist system and free-market economy, creating a unique mixed economy. Under the current system, the government owns utilities (water, electricity, policing etc.), healthcare, railways, all energy markets, arms manufacturing, mass transportation, and certain elements of manufacturing and services, while things like entertainment and media could, under no capacity, be operated by the government in order to preserve independent media and prevent indoctrination. Furthermore, all private businesses had to be partially owned by all employees and operate with some form of workplace democracy. Union powers were also expanded.

Concordaia wrote:RP: Victory in the West (Northern New Solingarch)

Joint strike operations between the National Revolutionary Army and Solingarchi against the encircled government forces in the west proved to be as successful as predicted. NRA forces closed in on the loyalist enclaves with military forces from the Solinargchi republics of Audotil, Caerus, and Akara launching a surprise offensive along the national border, catching the enclosed soldiers off guard. General Inanna, the architect behind much of the western strategy, led at the front. Decked in a suit of Soligarchi power armor gifted by her wife, the General was seen fighting alongside the common soldiery. Within a matter of two weeks, the majority of the western encirclements were thinned out as troops surrendered en mass. Remaining loyalist holdouts have resisted with a fierce fighting ability, though it is assumed that they will have been dealt with by the end of the month.

RP: Vengeance for the Dead

Terror attacks in the form of car bombings by Blayredeshian CIS agents have seen an uptick in frequency across the NRA's territories. While to the central enclaves and isolated southern holdouts viewed the bombings with great fear, the NRA's main western territory were instead galvanized by the attacks. The CIS' fortunes would turn against them as the campaign of terror bombings further villainized the crown government, viewing it as a state who had sold out its own people toward terrible deaths by foreign actors. NRA leaders have capitalized on the outrage by using it to recruit more members of Concordaian society into their ranks.

RP: Respite

High King Oliver has secretly left the nation to visit the nation of Redpeppersin lieu of the current situation preventing the establishment of traditional embassies. Chief Castellan Rylan Arthrope would be left in charge of the nation during the King's state visit. The King has viewed the trip as a brief moment of respite from the chaos back home, being well worn from constant internal backroom politics.

RP: The Reign of Terror Continues (Secret to all except the King's Government)
The resolve featured by the Concordaian people would only be met with a third round of bombings with the CIS sending heavier yield bombs in the packed population centers of Hearth, Aldan, and the NRA capital of Marewood. It seems that no matter their resolve the CIS Giant would continue to hammer away at the NRA civilian populace until their morale crumbles.

Conglagateia wrote:RP: Entering the Abyss
At 11 AM, Conglagateian soldiers entered Lazko, occupying most of the government complexes in the area with little resistance. A gunfight started between Lazko Police and the Republican Army at first, but no one was injured, and the officers quickly capitulated when the army responded with force. For the first time since the end of the Long War, the Senate and Rada were dissolved indefinitely. The incident had caught the entire nation off guard, and the announcement from the perpetrators of the event only caused a sense of panic. The coup was lead by none other than Mikel Zakharov and a clique of several military officers, mostly comprising the old guard of the Conglagateian military. Mikel announced over a nationwide broadcast that the government had been dissolved due to the widespread instability that had affected the nation and several instances of "gross incompetence", such as allying with the socialists. The nation would be lead by a council of military officials, backed by several corporations.
He would go on to declare a state of nationwide martial law, suspending habeas corpus and curtailing the political and civil rights of the population. Following this announcement, riots broke out in several major cities held by the loyalists, and were quickly dispersed, often with live ammunition. At least four hundred people were killed in these riots, the vast majority being unarmed civilians.

While much of the Conglagateian military was opposed to the coup de tat in Lazko, they were still fighting a civil war. The new government announcing policies of extensive conscription and a massive military budget was a certainly 'welcome' change.

RP: Browncoat Blues
With Blayredeshian support drying up almost entirely, the browncoats were outnumbered and outgunned. A combined offensive from the loyalists and the Serene Ether crushed the rebel center, nearly cutting them in half, leaving only a sliver of land on the Icewindian border that connected the capital of Ulvangatar to the browncoat's holdings in the eastern mountains. The browncoat army took over two hundred thousand losses, and many of its leaders are already considering fleeing to Blayredeshia or Atraland. If this wasn't enough the subsequent air offensive granted the Serene Ether full reign over Conglagateia's skies, removing any capability from the browncoats to maintain air superiority. They could hardly intercept enemy bombers. The fascist revolution in Conglagateia was stillborn, however the Conglagateian state still had several problems.
The socialists had outlived their usefulness, and the coup in Lazko had broken any attempt at peaceful negotiations. They had since consolidated their forces in the east, likely hoping to mount a guerrilla campaign much like Makhran and his ANO, or escape into the neighboring state of The Atomic Schism. In the inevitable confrontation between the socialists and the new government, the Junta would surely be supported by the Serene Ether over the 'dangerous socialists'. Fraternization between the socialist militias and the Republican Army remains common despite it now being punished severely.

RP: Refuge for the Reactionaries (Secret to All)
CIS contacts within the Conglagateian Brownshirt movement who the Blayredeshians had been advising due to their inability to send troops or resources given the War with the Coalition, would inform its leadership of safe passageway that would allow them to pass from Conglagateia into friendly territory in eastern Woleve Atraland and from there make their way into Blayredeshia. There they will be given refuge in the Confederacy and their soldiers will be given a chance to serve in the Blayredeshian Army as foreign volunteers particularly out east where a plan continuation war against Icewindia is planned.

Upon taking the Avian child to Emperor Blayre V the Emperor would order that the child be raised by the CIS to become an elite killing machine as well as being raised in the Christian faith and to be fiercely loyal to the Krieg Dynasty. Though the road would be long and arduous for the young Artyom it was undoubted that the rewards would be great, but for now, his journey was just beginning. With the success of the first two probes' launches and successful and currently ongoing transfer to Niklentak, the final probe of the Explorer Program, Explorer III, is preparing for launch as the pad is set up as the final days to launch are lining up on schedule to launch sometime next week. The already hyped population from the recent launches of Explorer I and II, and the Timber Program getting final preparations ready soon, Explorer III will be one of the farthest probes sent out from Kalrania.
