Well, when you're ready to make your map claim, just send me a telegram. As it happens, I'm a cartographer here and also updating the map today, so it works out nicely.

Also, the one piece of advice I'd give is to not lean too heavily on real world names. Cities and regions tend to get by alright enough if used somewhat sparingly, but referring to real world people or events is a bit of a no-no, since knowledge of Earth isn't supposed to exist at all in this RP.

RP: Martinescu Presumed Dead; Patras Cernea Sworn in as Prime Minister
Bucuresti, Rumania - After a week of unsuccessful searching for the body of late Prime Minister Eduard Martinescu by teams of local, state, and federal authorities, the coroner published the final report which stated it was highly likely that Martinescu had been pulled under by strong currents and died of accidental drowning, officially ending the search. The corner's report gave the Parliament the permission to dissolve the joint leadership and appoint a replacement Prime Minister for Martinescu. Patras Cernea, President and de-facto Deputy Prime Minister, was appointed as Prime Minister by a large bi-partisan majority of Parliament set to lead until the 2135 nation election.

RP: Patras Cernea's Diplomatic Initiative
Constanta, Rumania - Soon after Cernea was sworn in as Prime Minister, Patras Cernea has announced his intent to normalize relations with The Liranaholm and Archron as apart of his diplomatic initiative. He made it clear that he fully intends to use his short leadership window to "undo the foreign policy mistakes made in the past fifteen years." His first action was to remove sanctions on the Lirana and convince Parliament to void the embargo and travel ban, followed by ordering the Foreign Office reach out the Lirana in hopes of re-establishing diplomatic relations. He would do the same with Archron, reaching out for formal relations and removing the ban on ship production for the Archians. Additionally, he would announce the formation of MSET with Kiamai, a move that would surprise many seeing as the two nations had only previously had limited interaction, but did maintain an FTA.

The Blayredeshian Imperial Ministry of Trade has announced the creation of the “Trans-Aurelian Railroad Company”, which will be based in the town of Tolkheim in the northern province of Wakoehn, to operate and construct the railroads connecting Blayredeshia and Woleve Atraland across the Aurelian mountains that make up the two countries border. The Trade Ministry has also offered the Atraland government to buy enough shares in the TARC that will make Atraland and Blayredeshia equal owners of the Company and directly profit from railroads under join TARC control. In addition to this the Atraland Investment Commission or “AIC” has been formed by the East Dixia Trading Company or “EDTC” and the Aurelian Mining Company or “AMC” to collectively buy up land, territory, and mountains within Atraland so that the EDTC can expand its timber operations there and the AMC can expand its mining operations there. It was also announced earlier today that Emperor Blayre IV has made an offer to marry Atraland’s 19 year old heir to his 17 year old cousin Juliana O’Fallamhain the daughter of prominent IFP politician Jakob O’Fallamhain who many consider a rising star in Blayredeshia’s fascist Senage.RP: Marching North
Jets and Bombers would be seen flying over PAP territory but no payload would be delivered and it was obvious the Blayredeshian Airforce under General LeMay was clearly just sending a message. The 5th Army would soon be on the march north as General Karloff sent word to the PAP that “The 5th Army marches north, but it will cross no border so long as the ceasefire we offer is maintained.” It would seem Karloff is simply sending a message that the Blayredeshian’s expeditionary force stands at the ready for conquest but Karloff is ready to negotiate regardless. Word has it that Karloff is offering to host peace talks between the PAP and the Nationalists at his temporary headquarters once the 5th Army reached its destination a few miles south of the frontlines.

RP: Purchasing and whatnot
The Sol Invictus has purchased the offered shares in TARC, combining the current state ran efforts to build railroads across the west of the country into the company, as part of this, a unit of the Civic Labor Corps as well as a few thousand prison laborers have been sent to the Aurelians to aid in the construction. The AIC has been offered permanent land rights in the deep hills of the southeast to mine in so they can commence operations, though they have been warned the land is currently extremely treacherous as the hills are within the thickest parts of the jungles of the south. For logging, the AIC has been offered a rolling foresting contract, where they will be offered a contract for strips of land, once the lands are deforested they are to be offered a new plot of land and the old land will be repossessed and sold off to farmers.

With the mutual development passed between the two nations including - but not limited to - project 'Hydra', project 'Silent Spear' and the building of the S-500 system, Etrian authority sees it as an opportunity to increase relations even further. TF.127 Presses East:
|The first objective for TF.127 was the southern most island. As such, it would be best to act against it, and there at least they would have the most time before the bulk of the Wolfinite fleet arrived. The Task Force pushes eastward at 15 knots, the 4 carriers, the amphibious warfare vessels and the auxiliaries tucked into the centre of the formation, with the battleship HMS Anson, the Cruiser HMS Blake and 3 Type 21 Frigates providing close escort. The bulk of the escort force forms an "L-Shape", with the majority of the escorts oriented along the primary threat axes of North and East. This screen sits between 10 and 30km out from the centre of the force in three lines.

The first is the three remaining Type 82 cruisers, which form the bedrock of the Air Defence of the fleet, each 10km North, North-East and East of the carriers. Next, at 20km are 11 of the Type 42 class destroyers, each of which is accompanied by a Type 22 "Broadsword" Class frigate, streaming its towed array sonar to aid in ASW. The third and final line is 25-30km out, 6 Leander ASW Frigates sprinting and drifting to provide even more sensitive ASW coverage and co-operate with airborne sub-hunting assets to prosecute probably submarines. These are supported by a further 6 Type 21s. The remainder of the escorts take up station to the South and West, similarly though in smaller numbers, so as to leave no flank open.

Air operations continue at a high tempo, with three of the four carriers operating their anti-submarine squadrons at full swing, keeping a total of 9 Sea King HAS.5 helicopters airborne, searching up to 60km out from the task force, dropping sonobuoys, listening periodically with dipping sonar, both passive and active, to clear a path for the task force, it was the Wolfinite Navy's large number of submarines that worried R.Adm Frasier, so no stone would be left unturned in detecting and prosecuting them. Supporting this, at any one time, 5 Nimrod MRA.4 maritime patrol aircraft carefully lay fields of sonoubouys up to 100km ahead and to the flanks of the task force, and aid the Leanders and Sea Kings in their prosecution of potential submarines. Concerning the air threat, two AEW Sea Kings are kept on station at all times, one 60km North, and the other 60km South-East of the Task Force, to provide additional radar coverage, particularly against missiles. The standing CAP was kept at 4 Sea Harriers 150km North, East and South-East of the Task Force, usually with a further 12 on 5-Minute Alert on the decks of HMS Inflexible, HMS Colossus and HMS Indomitable.

Beneath the surface, the 3 Trafalgar class attack subs hold station 100km out from the carriers, North, North-East and East. Drifting and sprinting under the layer, using only passive sonar, they aim to keep station with the task force while remaining as silent as possible. The remaining two SSNs are older, but still deadly Swiftsure class boats, one of which holds 100km South-East, the other just 10km behind the carriers as the last line of defence. The two Upholder class SSKs are sent far East towards the island itself, for they carry the SBS teams which may be called upon for various pre-landing tasks. From Portsmouth and Devonport, a further 3 Swiftsure class attack boats have been ordered out to sea, making a high speed transit to take up station in a line about 300km North of the Task Force, oriented towards the Wolfinite Mainland.|

On the Ground, East England:
|With three divisions to its count: 1st Armoured, 22nd (TA) Armoured and 3rd Infantry (Mech), plus a reserve of an AT-heavy air-mobile infantry brigade, I Corps can not seriously be expected to defend the entire ~1,000km front that it faced. As such, III Corps - it's sister formation garrisoned in the south of England and a further 55,000 personnel, oriented towards the border with Schwypia - is ordered up. This process again is made quicker by the general alert issued prior. However in the meantime, I Corps has to make do.

With 3rd Infantry in the North, 1st Armoured opposite the bulge in the centre, and 22nd Armoured in the South, I Corps gets to work digging in. In their element, the divisional engineer regiments get to work digging scrapes for all sorts of vehicles, hull down positions for MBTs, clearing lines of fire, rigging bridges, etc. The basic principles apply to armour and infantry alike across the front; dig in, but do not fortify, find good fire positions, but fire positions you can withdraw from. Ahead of each battalion position, the sniper and recce platoons get to work creating well-camouflaged hides, linked by field telephone back the km or so to the main battalion/regiment fighting position. Infantry dig meandering slit trenches in the woods overlooking the rolling plains, reinforcing them with wood and corrugated iron where possible, and provide roof protection over key areas to help protect them from artillery fire, then topping it all off with liberal amounts of foliage for concealment, usually their IFVs are camouflaged and positioned in hull-down positions about 50m back at most. Heavy weapons - mortars, MILANs, sustained-fire machine guns - are all sited to deny as much ground to the enemy as possible, range cards are drawn up, and drills to make a fighting withdrawal are rehearsed.

Further west, the Divisional and Corps artillery is dug in too. The self-propelled guns (155 and 203mm alike) are concealed in woods, in treelines, etc with help of camouflage netting, and secondary and tertiary firing positions are sited to allow rapid movement after fire, while the static pieces are and concealed and then dug in. Anticipating the greatest amount of enemy forces, the 1st Armoured Division is offered the pick of the Corps Artillery. Granting it a further regiment of MLRS, on top of its division total. Corps Air Defence is treated similarly to the artillery, though its MIM-104 Patriot SAM batteries keep their radars off to avoid detection, relying on the E-3s circling high above for warning.|

Operation: Galatine:
|At airbases all across the region of England, from the North to the South-East Coast, frantic preparations are underway - concealed underneath hangar roofs and Hardened Aircraft Shelters. In the harsh electric light, Tornado GR.1s of RAF Strike Command are fussed over, checked and armed. Maintainers run final system checks, make last minute fixes, and either clear each machine for flight, or condemn it to the sideline. Hunched under the sleek airframes, armourers rapidly load and fit a host of weapons to their "birds"; cluster munitions, 1000lb dumb bombs, laser-guided bombs, anti-radar and air-to-air missiles, jammer pods, countermeasure dispensers, and last but not least, the glimmering belts of 27mm rounds for the Mauser Cannons. While their steeds are prepared, the Tornado crews, along with thousands of aircrews, planners, staff officers and other RAF personnel across the country are briefed on the operation set to launch in just hours. The original operational concept had not called for "Operation: Galatine", however the unexpectedly belligerent response from their soon-to-be enemy had prompted an Executive-Level decision, resulting in the change of plan. Though the general state of high-readiness imposed previously meant that the Air Force was able to adjust rather quickly. Taking into account when enemy satellites would be overhead with regards to the start time, Operation Galatine was cleared for that evening.

The first off are the support aircraft, 3 E-3D Sentry AWACS birds, which climb to 35,000ft and orbit in a track 150km back from the border. These are joined by a pair of RC-135Ws. Both aircraft types get to work tracking all air movements across the border, as well as monitoring hostile radar signatures and communications frequencies.
At lower altitude, on the same course a force of 4 EC-130 Compass Call EW Aircraft and 6 Tristar refuelling aircraft begin taking up their designated stations. 16 Tornado F.3 Interceptors are assigned directly to protect the high value assets.

Launching in flights of 4, the first of 168 Tornado GR.1 strike aircraft thunder down runways across England. Staying at low-level once airborne, they maintaining radio silence and sweep east at less than 100ft, howling through the valleys and across the fields of the English countryside at Mach 1, determined to stay under the Wolfinite Radar coverage and penetrate as far into hostile airspace as possible before being spotted. Keeping about 30 km behind the leading strike aircraft, 60 Tornado F.3 and 24 Typhoon F.2 fighters stay perched between 20,000 to 65,000ft, staggered in spaced but co-ordinated 4-ship flights to allow maximum room to manoeuvre. Tucked in 10km behind them are 8 Canberra T.-17As, which stand by, along with the EC-130s, to commence jamming when the first Tornado GR.1s cross the border.|

The Cities in the Sky Program was announced earlier today to the public. Many were amazed at what they heard, while many were disgusted. However, the program details have been made public and international. The program contains the following:

-Foreign Countries may build their own cities in New Sedran but at a cost. Large portions of the city expansion and land owning have been estimated to cost billion and trillions, depending on what is there
-Small portions of land have been estimated to cost thousands and millions
-Medium to fair amounts cost millions and billions, depending on the land
-Foreign countries are to pay a yearly land tax of 5-10 million per year, depending on relations with New Sedran and their home country
-Rules and Regulations of the cities on New Sedran are non existent. Other than respecting and understanding National sovereignty of New Sedran and Respecting it, and other nations sovereignties of their cities.
-The Cities within New Sedran are owned by the Foreign Country, but are to be protected by the New Sedran military forces and Archian forces

RP: Boran: Test of Strength

After Boran's meeting with Rose von Braun, the cracks really began to show. Not only did she at last see how small she really was, but now another knew it too. She hadn't pled her case very well, at least in her mind. And when Boran returned to that old warehouse to meet with Cynthia Payne, it became evermore apparent. Cynthia was far too flashy for her taste, and certainly too gung ho. This woman wanted war, plain and simple. Yet, all the same, Cynthia was an excellent source of information. With a seductive side-eyed glance and a mischievous grin, Cynthia approached Boran.

"Things are really about to change, Princess," she explained smoothly. "This rise in nationalistic fervor: it will play to our benefit, let me tell you. It'll be a breeding ground for conflict!"

"What do you mean?" Boran asked.

"Don't you see? Everything going on right now is a part of a massive conspiracy. Why else would radical communists assassinate the President all of a sudden? Just as the nationalists set up their wick, a spark lit it ablaze! I'm not too sure what's going on, but in all of this pandemonium, I foresee a struggle, one which will threaten the structure of the current status quo. That's where we come in, to reinvent it! The time for action is drawing near, I-"

"Let me stop you right there," Boran interrupted. "What you speak of is civil war. It seems to me that you're no better than any other war profiteer. How can I be sure you have my interests at heart?"

"Oh c'mon, have I ever led you astray?" Cynthia bat her eyes.

"Yes." Boran turned face and started for the door. "Now, I have a few more errands to run. Try not to start a coup while I'm gone, okay?" Boran didn't stick around to hear a reply. She knew that Cynthia's plan was a suicide mission, one which led her plans on a one way road to destruction. A war... Boran couldn't let that happen. She would need to unite the nation without causing it to collapse. And so, she sought out the only individual she knew who had performed such a feat: Angelica Hethwyr, mother of her rival...

...

Despite not having been President for many decades, the Hethwyr estate still possessed a formidable security detail of government agents. The benefits of being popular, Boran assumed. Boran, like most times, had no plan; she would rely on her gut. Gently, as to indicate no threatening air, she approached the guard shed at the estate's gated entrance. There sat a menacing Schwarzlander government agent, dressed from head to toe in professional, black attire. He lowered his sunglasses when she approached and Boran could see a shuffling of guards on the other side of the gate.

"What's your business here?" He asked in a gravely voice. Boran took a deep breath as she prepared herself for her reveal.

"My name is Boran Alore," she said in a dignified, yet quiet tone. "I am kin of Mrs. Angelica Hethwyr." The guard indicated no emotion as he took hold of his communicator and relayed the the information. For several minutes, the guard muttered into the device and taking occasional glances at Boran. Eventually, the gates opened and two guards approached her.

"Go in, and stay with these two at all times," the Schwarzlander stated. Boran nodded and allowed the two guards to escort her inside. The front lawn was well maintained and equally so was true for the estate's interior. The estate wasn't as large as her Khosrauan palace, not by a long shot, but it was still far too large for a single person. At last, after much trekking, Boran and her guards reached the estate's living room, where an old woman sat. Her hair was a thick silver with a single white strand in her bangs. An eyepatch covered her right eye and a prosthetic arm poked out from her baggy robes. Boran knew her visage well; how could she not? Angelica's one eye lingered on Boran without emotion, though she managed a smile.

"To what do I owe this... surprising visit to, Boran?" She said.

"Hello, Mrs. Hethwyr," Boran replied. "I take it you won't believe I came here out of good will?"

"Not in a million years, you being the daughter of my cousin and all." She looked to the two guards who still flanked Boran. "Leave us." At Angelica's command, the two guards stepped away and returned to their positions. "I take it this has something to do with my son, Alois?"

"You are correct."

"Friend or foe?"

"Foe." Angelica's one eye looked to the ceiling at this as she pondered. Finally, her hand streched out in a dainty fashion as she gestured to the sofa.

"Then sit." Boran did not hesitate to take a seat next to her aging relative. "Nothing against my son, obviously, but his behavior as of late has been... quite unsavory. Then again, your intentions can't be any better, can they?"

"Alois craves power; I want prestige." Angelica laughed when she said this.

"Oh honey, what's the difference? You can't have one without the other."

"Incorrect," Boran interrupted. "You held the title of Queen after you usurped it from my mother without wielding power. That's why I'm here. You were able to take control of the throne without any blood shed..." Boran looked to Angelica's missing eye, arm, and foot. "Almost without bloodshed. That is what I am trying to do. I'm trying to unite people together again much like Dawn did, to be a symbol for the nation to rally behind, not for power or money or whatever the hell my mother tried to tell me. despite what you think, I am not my mother." Angelica soaked in Boran's dialogue before delivering her rebuttal.

"And how do you think I did that? I already had the prestige you crave. I was a popular figure at the onset of it all. You do not have the power to gain prestige, and you lack the prestige to dismantle power. And Dawn? She was a despot, no matter what angle you look at it at. She usurped power from the Republic with force, with blood. And how? With her PRESTIGE, which I must remind you you LACK. She had the military and the Milare police on her side."

"And how did she get the people to support her coup after the fact?"

"You think I know? This happened way before I was born. Perhaps it was the fact that the monarchists still held sway in the nation after everything that happened. Nowadays? It's been half a century since a monarch existed here. Do you really think anyone will come to your side?"

"And the time between King Theodore V and Dawn was around the same amount of time; your point? Schwypia craves charismatic leaders to rally behind. Why do you think they rallied behind Payne?" Angelica fell quiet after Boran said this.

"Poor girl," Angelica at last said. "You are blinded by your ignorance and childish ideals. You won't get far here like that; you won't last in this cesspool of corruption. You can't close the floodgates; you can only bring them to a crack."

"Then I'll have to open them all the way," Boran replied. With that, Boran stood, bowed, and made for the door, leaving Angelica stunned behind her.

RP: Alois: Revelations

Alois, junior official to the Mayor of Philosa, was alone in his small office when Sejanus Flint walked in, obviously ready to strike up conversation.

"Hello Sejanus, what brings you directly to my office?" He asked.

"Just came with a report on the current situation," he explained. "Thought you might want to... know a few things."

"The way you said that, its very concerning."

"I thought I'd just brief you on my plan so far; its been a while since we talked, you know?" Alois knew this fact very well. With every passing day, he doubted Sejanus' abilities more and more. He claimed to have vast influence, but he was yet to see it.
"The assassination of President Liechtenstein when off without a hitch.-" At this, Alois quickly stood up, throwing his hands against the table. He glared at Sejanus with a furious confusion.

"What did you just say?" He seethed.

"I... thought you would have known." Sejanus muttered. "I forget sometimes just how young you are. I mean, you do know that the Red Guard was created by the government as a scapegoat, right?"

"NO?!" Alois shouted.

"Shhhhh, keep it down; do you want someone to hear us? Well, I guess now is as good a time as any to spill the beans, as they say. The three assassins? My own agents, assigned to the task by me to spark turmoil. You might call it treachery, but in my eyes, it is a necessary evil towards saving this nation. That is what you want, right?"

"No, no, NO! The plan was to take control without bloodshed! To use overwhelming influence! Not to murder our way across the nation!" Alois grasped at his head, almost unable to take the news. "This is bad, this is very bad." Everything now made since. The rise in nationalism, the speeches, the rallying cry; it was all a front to usurp power. How deep did this go? Who could Alois trust? Certainly not Sejanus.
"Get out! Never come back! We're through!" Sejanus scoffed and turned face.

"You'll thank me later..."

...

Back at home, Alois paced about the room as Wren sat on the couch getting dizzy.

"If we are to stop this, we need a plan, and that begins with finding new allies," Alois said. "These nationalists; they plan to tear everything apart! We need to act quickly and decisively."

"Who do you think we can turn to?" Wren said. "The government? The military? You said it; we can't trust them anymore. We need to continue as planned and get you into power."

"There won't be a power to achieve if these nationalists have their way. We need to compromise them first... I hate to say it, but we may need Boran."

"That psycho witch? She said she'd kill you if she ever saw you again!"

"Yep. That's how desperate I am now. I'm going to have to risk it all..."

Vacoul
Etrius

The meeting with Etrius has concluded. The long awaited and long overdue Etrian Embassy will be constructed in Kiamai and new trade agreements may be signed. Kiamai also reaches out to the Government of Vacoul again, and strongly advises them to enter TSS to protect against Imperialist Powers.

RP: Partial Acceptance
King Weiss of Vacoul would express interest in the pact; However, does not have an interest in joining a military alliance just as of yet. However, does wish
to enter into the pact on an economic basis.

RP: Militarization and Mobilization Development

As we continue our militarization, we created more modern assault rifles, pistols, submachine guns, specialized rifles (such as recoilless, precision, and anti-tank rifles), semi-automatic weapons, machine guns, and rocket bomb weaponry, we have also considered modernizing our vehicles. We have designated a separate Department for military vehicles, called the Department of Mobilization (DepMobile). We have also considered creating newer tanks, aeroplanes, and fighter jets. We are also weaponizing police with better motorcycles and cars. Lastly, the People's Protection Agency (Local Defenses), are now being armed with Assault Weapons, depending on one's ranking.

Archron Empire wrote:RP:Reclamation of North Kowen

With the terms agreed upon, and the Kowenians having surrendered and agreed to go under Archrons fold once again, Archron has declared itself, fully reclaimed. Roses promises having come true, this marks her the first ever Monarch to have successfully delivered on their word. This being said, Archian troops have begun moving into the Kowenian land. MTCs have begun laying new firebases down around Kowenian cities as Rose orders more supplies to be delivered and shipped to North Kowen. As well as placing 1 million stationed troops to garrison North Kowen. The shipments will begin in a months time.

RP: Terrorists or rebels?
As the Archian military moves in to secure the rest of the country, they uncover a hidden conflict that had been raging close to the North Kowen - Incheon City border. A pro-Incheon group within North Kowen had demanded that a province of North Kowen be handed over to Incheon claiming that the province had historically been ethnically Incheonian and was a part of Incheon. The military dictatorship refused, which the situation then soon escalated into isolated conflicts into a sort of mini war within the region requiring a heavy military presence in the province in order to surpress the Incheon group operating there. The Incheon group has not contacted nor done any attacks against the Archians or the new pro-Archian NK government, almost as if saying what they will do first.

RP: The Foreign Issue

It took a series of long talks within the Totalist government for the answer to come out. The former association with The Serene Ether was an agreement made between the former president Trinity and Hemlock of Icewindia. This was widely perceived by the Totalists as a way to preserve the failing Syndicalist government. With that in mind, this tie to TSE was held solely by the now-defunct Syndicalist Government. Charles made a statement about it.

"The reality of our ties is that of one preserved by the previous government. We used this fight to topple the traitors. Now we finish what we started two years ago, this public announcement is the formal departure of the Union of Basaran from the Serene Ether. No longer shall we be tied to a faction which fought against the will of the people..."

Representative Kuma is sent to Kiamai via ship along with an aid. Where they then take a commercial flight to Candain.
To meet with a representative of their nation for their planned meeting.

RP: Welcome wagon

As Luna Riming is still on her good will tour other members of Dominion Government parliament will be greeting the representative. Beltilína faction leader of the Nesters, Ōku Kaiko a Cyber sprite within the Kemonomican Party, and Pep Odle a Freelancer each having their own minor aids, guards, or helpers close at hand. They have rented out a conference room within the airport complex for the time being for first introductions but Representative Kuma will be allowed to travel freely in Candain but some areas maybe awkward given the size difference. Pep Odle wearing a pair of yellow tinted sunglasses along with two cyber sprites would be holding up a sign with Kuma on it waiting at the terminal exit for her.

Etrius

Etrian leadership would like to accept the idea of a meeting to establish relations and possible trade and makes a counter offer to host a meeting with both Areleand and the Empire of Gora in Nina, Etrius

The Empire of Gora would agree to this meeting, and send a royal ambassador delegation via plane. Hopes run high in Goventry that a mutually beneficial deal between Gora and Etrius.

Vacoul is honored as the newest entry into the Silver Sphere alliance, with conditional status to abstain from the mutual defense pact and stationing of Etrian forces within their borders. If at any point the wish to reapply for these things specifically then a simple request to the queen is all that is needed. From this point a free trade atmosphere also exists
