RP: Martinescu Presumed Dead; Patras Cernea Sworn in as Prime Minister
Bucuresti, Rumania - After a week of unsuccessful searching for the body of late Prime Minister Eduard Martinescu by teams of local, state, and federal authorities, the coroner published the final report which stated it was highly likely that Martinescu had been pulled under by strong currents and died of accidental drowning, officially ending the search. The corner's report gave the Parliament the permission to dissolve the joint leadership and appoint a replacement Prime Minister for Martinescu. Patras Cernea, President and de-facto Deputy Prime Minister, was appointed as Prime Minister by a large bi-partisan majority of Parliament set to lead until the 2135 nation election.
RP: Patras Cernea's Diplomatic Initiative
Constanta, Rumania - Soon after Cernea was sworn in as Prime Minister, Patras Cernea has announced his intent to normalize relations with The Liranaholm and Archron as apart of his diplomatic initiative. He made it clear that he fully intends to use his short leadership window to "undo the foreign policy mistakes made in the past fifteen years." His first action was to remove sanctions on the Lirana and convince Parliament to void the embargo and travel ban, followed by ordering the Foreign Office reach out the Lirana in hopes of re-establishing diplomatic relations. He would do the same with Archron, reaching out for formal relations and removing the ban on ship production for the Archians. Additionally, he would announce the formation of MSET with Kiamai, a move that would surprise many seeing as the two nations had only previously had limited interaction, but did maintain an FTA.

With the mutual development passed between the two nations including - but not limited to - project 'Hydra', project 'Silent Spear' and the building of the S-500 system, Etrian authority sees it as an opportunity to increase relations even further. The Artaecusian military is to be invited to an exercise along the southern coast with the Second fleet to run anti-piracy drills and increase cooperation.

RP: Boran: Test of Strength
After Boran's meeting with Rose von Braun, the cracks really began to show. Not only did she at last see how small she really was, but now another knew it too. She hadn't pled her case very well, at least in her mind. And when Boran returned to that old warehouse to meet with Cynthia Payne, it became evermore apparent. Cynthia was far too flashy for her taste, and certainly too gung ho. This woman wanted war, plain and simple. Yet, all the same, Cynthia was an excellent source of information. With a seductive side-eyed glance and a mischievous grin, Cynthia approached Boran.
"Things are really about to change, Princess," she explained smoothly. "This rise in nationalistic fervor: it will play to our benefit, let me tell you. It'll be a breeding ground for conflict!"
"What do you mean?" Boran asked.
"Don't you see? Everything going on right now is a part of a massive conspiracy. Why else would radical communists assassinate the President all of a sudden? Just as the nationalists set up their wick, a spark lit it ablaze! I'm not too sure what's going on, but in all of this pandemonium, I foresee a struggle, one which will threaten the structure of the current status quo. That's where we come in, to reinvent it! The time for action is drawing near, I-"
"Let me stop you right there," Boran interrupted. "What you speak of is civil war. It seems to me that you're no better than any other war profiteer. How can I be sure you have my interests at heart?"
"Oh c'mon, have I ever led you astray?" Cynthia bat her eyes.
"Yes." Boran turned face and started for the door. "Now, I have a few more errands to run. Try not to start a coup while I'm gone, okay?" Boran didn't stick around to hear a reply. She knew that Cynthia's plan was a suicide mission, one which led her plans on a one way road to destruction. A war... Boran couldn't let that happen. She would need to unite the nation without causing it to collapse. And so, she sought out the only individual she knew who had performed such a feat: Angelica Hethwyr, mother of her rival...
...
Despite not having been President for many decades, the Hethwyr estate still possessed a formidable security detail of government agents. The benefits of being popular, Boran assumed. Boran, like most times, had no plan; she would rely on her gut. Gently, as to indicate no threatening air, she approached the guard shed at the estate's gated entrance. There sat a menacing Schwarzlander government agent, dressed from head to toe in professional, black attire. He lowered his sunglasses when she approached and Boran could see a shuffling of guards on the other side of the gate.
"What's your business here?" He asked in a gravely voice. Boran took a deep breath as she prepared herself for her reveal.
"My name is Boran Alore," she said in a dignified, yet quiet tone. "I am kin of Mrs. Angelica Hethwyr." The guard indicated no emotion as he took hold of his communicator and relayed the the information. For several minutes, the guard muttered into the device and taking occasional glances at Boran. Eventually, the gates opened and two guards approached her.
"Go in, and stay with these two at all times," the Schwarzlander stated. Boran nodded and allowed the two guards to escort her inside. The front lawn was well maintained and equally so was true for the estate's interior. The estate wasn't as large as her Khosrauan palace, not by a long shot, but it was still far too large for a single person. At last, after much trekking, Boran and her guards reached the estate's living room, where an old woman sat. Her hair was a thick silver with a single white strand in her bangs. An eyepatch covered her right eye and a prosthetic arm poked out from her baggy robes. Boran knew her visage well; how could she not? Angelica's one eye lingered on Boran without emotion, though she managed a smile.
"To what do I owe this... surprising visit to, Boran?" She said.
"Hello, Mrs. Hethwyr," Boran replied. "I take it you won't believe I came here out of good will?"
"Not in a million years, you being the daughter of my cousin and all." She looked to the two guards who still flanked Boran. "Leave us." At Angelica's command, the two guards stepped away and returned to their positions. "I take it this has something to do with my son, Alois?"
"You are correct."
"Friend or foe?"
"Foe." Angelica's one eye looked to the ceiling at this as she pondered. Finally, her hand streched out in a dainty fashion as she gestured to the sofa.
"Then sit." Boran did not hesitate to take a seat next to her aging relative. "Nothing against my son, obviously, but his behavior as of late has been... quite unsavory. Then again, your intentions can't be any better, can they?"
"Alois craves power; I want prestige." Angelica laughed when she said this.
"Oh honey, what's the difference? You can't have one without the other."
"Incorrect," Boran interrupted. "You held the title of Queen after you usurped it from my mother without wielding power. That's why I'm here. You were able to take control of the throne without any blood shed..." Boran looked to Angelica's missing eye, arm, and foot. "Almost without bloodshed. That is what I am trying to do. I'm trying to unite people together again much like Dawn did, to be a symbol for the nation to rally behind, not for power or money or whatever the hell my mother tried to tell me. despite what you think, I am not my mother." Angelica soaked in Boran's dialogue before delivering her rebuttal.
"And how do you think I did that? I already had the prestige you crave. I was a popular figure at the onset of it all. You do not have the power to gain prestige, and you lack the prestige to dismantle power. And Dawn? She was a despot, no matter what angle you look at it at. She usurped power from the Republic with force, with blood. And how? With her PRESTIGE, which I must remind you you LACK. She had the military and the Milare police on her side."
"And how did she get the people to support her coup after the fact?"
"You think I know? This happened way before I was born. Perhaps it was the fact that the monarchists still held sway in the nation after everything that happened. Nowadays? It's been half a century since a monarch existed here. Do you really think anyone will come to your side?"
"And the time between King Theodore V and Dawn was around the same amount of time; your point? Schwypia craves charismatic leaders to rally behind. Why do you think they rallied behind Payne?" Angelica fell quiet after Boran said this.
"Poor girl," Angelica at last said. "You are blinded by your ignorance and childish ideals. You won't get far here like that; you won't last in this cesspool of corruption. You can't close the floodgates; you can only bring them to a crack."
"Then I'll have to open them all the way," Boran replied. With that, Boran stood, bowed, and made for the door, leaving Angelica stunned behind her.
RP: Alois: Revelations
Alois, junior official to the Mayor of Philosa, was alone in his small office when Sejanus Flint walked in, obviously ready to strike up conversation.
"Hello Sejanus, what brings you directly to my office?" He asked.
"Just came with a report on the current situation," he explained. "Thought you might want to... know a few things."
"The way you said that, its very concerning."
"I thought I'd just brief you on my plan so far; its been a while since we talked, you know?" Alois knew this fact very well. With every passing day, he doubted Sejanus' abilities more and more. He claimed to have vast influence, but he was yet to see it.
"The assassination of President Liechtenstein when off without a hitch.-" At this, Alois quickly stood up, throwing his hands against the table. He glared at Sejanus with a furious confusion.
"What did you just say?" He seethed.
"I... thought you would have known." Sejanus muttered. "I forget sometimes just how young you are. I mean, you do know that the Red Guard was created by the government as a scapegoat, right?"
"NO?!" Alois shouted.
"Shhhhh, keep it down; do you want someone to hear us? Well, I guess now is as good a time as any to spill the beans, as they say. The three assassins? My own agents, assigned to the task by me to spark turmoil. You might call it treachery, but in my eyes, it is a necessary evil towards saving this nation. That is what you want, right?"
"No, no, NO! The plan was to take control without bloodshed! To use overwhelming influence! Not to murder our way across the nation!" Alois grasped at his head, almost unable to take the news. "This is bad, this is very bad." Everything now made since. The rise in nationalism, the speeches, the rallying cry; it was all a front to usurp power. How deep did this go? Who could Alois trust? Certainly not Sejanus.
"Get out! Never come back! We're through!" Sejanus scoffed and turned face.
"You'll thank me later..."
...
Back at home, Alois paced about the room as Wren sat on the couch getting dizzy.
"If we are to stop this, we need a plan, and that begins with finding new allies," Alois said. "These nationalists; they plan to tear everything apart! We need to act quickly and decisively."
"Who do you think we can turn to?" Wren said. "The government? The military? You said it; we can't trust them anymore. We need to continue as planned and get you into power."
"There won't be a power to achieve if these nationalists have their way. We need to compromise them first... I hate to say it, but we may need Boran."
"That psycho witch? She said she'd kill you if she ever saw you again!"
"Yep. That's how desperate I am now. I'm going to have to risk it all..."

RP: Partial Acceptance
King Weiss of Vacoul would express interest in the pact; However, does not have an interest in joining a military alliance just as of yet. However, does wish
to enter into the pact on an economic basis.
RP: Militarization and Mobilization Development
As we continue our militarization, we created more modern assault rifles, pistols, submachine guns, specialized rifles (such as recoilless, precision, and anti-tank rifles), semi-automatic weapons, machine guns, and rocket bomb weaponry, we have also considered modernizing our vehicles. We have designated a separate Department for military vehicles, called the Department of Mobilization (DepMobile). We have also considered creating newer tanks, aeroplanes, and fighter jets. We are also weaponizing police with better motorcycles and cars. Lastly, the People's Protection Agency (Local Defenses), are now being armed with Assault Weapons, depending on one's ranking.
RP: Terrorists or rebels?
As the Archian military moves in to secure the rest of the country, they uncover a hidden conflict that had been raging close to the North Kowen - Incheon City border. A pro-Incheon group within North Kowen had demanded that a province of North Kowen be handed over to Incheon claiming that the province had historically been ethnically Incheonian and was a part of Incheon. The military dictatorship refused, which the situation then soon escalated into isolated conflicts into a sort of mini war within the region requiring a heavy military presence in the province in order to surpress the Incheon group operating there. The Incheon group has not contacted nor done any attacks against the Archians or the new pro-Archian NK government, almost as if saying what they will do first.
RP: The Foreign Issue
It took a series of long talks within the Totalist government for the answer to come out. The former association with The Serene Ether was an agreement made between the former president Trinity and Hemlock of Icewindia. This was widely perceived by the Totalists as a way to preserve the failing Syndicalist government. With that in mind, this tie to TSE was held solely by the now-defunct Syndicalist Government. Charles made a statement about it.
"The reality of our ties is that of one preserved by the previous government. We used this fight to topple the traitors. Now we finish what we started two years ago, this public announcement is the formal departure of the Union of Basaran from the Serene Ether. No longer shall we be tied to a faction which fought against the will of the people..."

Pep Odle wearing a pair of yellow tinted sunglasses along with two cyber sprites would be holding up a sign with Kuma on it waiting at the terminal exit for her.

The Empire of Gora would agree to this meeting, and send a royal ambassador delegation via plane. Hopes run high in Goventry that a mutually beneficial deal between Gora and Etrius.
Vacoul is honored as the newest entry into the Silver Sphere alliance, with conditional status to abstain from the mutual defense pact and stationing of Etrian forces within their borders. If at any point the wish to reapply for these things specifically then a simple request to the queen is all that is needed. From this point a free trade atmosphere also exists
