Well Aaron glassed Australia, The Serdians ran away to Dacicia, the Dacicians felt bad and gave them territory, also Jasper pilots a Gundam and Aaron is the sickman of the Galaxy.

Dacicia actually is repairing Serdian Earth (despite it being Aaronian ruled).

Really I imagine it's to piss Aaron off, and anyway Dacicia originated from an alternate Earth so Serdia's Earth is almost like home to them.
