Section 1- Future Tech
Acknowledging that flexing futuristic technology is both enjoyable and practical in rp,
Admitting that if technology is allowed to grow at this pace, an unlimited arms race will spawn from it, rendering traditional warfare obsolete and god modding the new meta.
And remembering that is a Present tech rp, and not a future tech,
We therefor make the following law-
- A Death Star will be classified as a WMD in space that has the capability to destroy the world
- WMDs shall not surpass the size or power of a Death Star
- Each nation can only have one Death Star
- There will be a Zero Tolerance ban on energy shields, and all forms of time travel.
- Lightsabers and the Force will be banned
- Wormhole usage in space travel is allowed
- Unrestricted instant travel is banned
- Limited distance pad-based instant travel is allowed provided it does not transport more than fifteen tons of goods or three hundred men
- Non traditional space craft (think Star Destroyers and X-wings) will be banned
- Laser weapons and robots WILL NOT be banned
- Your robot solder army will be limited to 1/4 of your nation’s army
-Example, your army is 100 soldiers. Your maximum robot soldier army would be 25
- This is to prevent armies expanding beyond your nation’s population, and to avoid a robot takeover akin to the Terminator franchise.
- This does not apply to Kamikaze Drones
- Robots must be developed, similar to WMDs
- Development of a new robot must be announced in the EO chat
- Details of the robot must be provided
Section 2- Development time
Acknowledging that the EO rp has a development period required for developing new technologies,
Realizing that there is not time standard for these new technologies,
We therefor make the following law-
Laser Weapons
- (All time standards are measured in real days)
- Traditional laser guns will take two days to develop, same with upgrades
- Heavier caliber laser guns (such as turrets) will take three days, same with upgrades
WMDs- you must complete them in order. Ounce developed they are fully operational
-Nuclear bombs will take three days to develop
- Nuclear missiles will take three days to develop
- Tsar Bomb/Space Laser will take two weeks to develop
- Death Star will take four weeks
Robots-
-Kamikaze drones will take two days to develop
-Initial robots designs will take four days to develop, upgrades three days

Realizing that god modding has and can be an issue, we will do the following to stop it.

- Additional example- You have an anti-missile defense system, this is reasonable. But if the system is invulnerable and defends everything, this would be considered god modding
- Any member of the rp can report god modding at anytime
- God modding will be reported to the RP Mentor
- If the RP Mentor is accused of god modding then a higher admin will make the decision
- If the accused was guilty of god modding, everything gained by it will be taken away and given to the rightful owners

Tibetian Investigate
Zuweeiyan Nepalese-Delitian Tibetian Borders
Al-Zuweeiyahian Investigation Corps has entered Tibet through Nepal, the corps consist of 80 Investigation Corps entered the Borders during rising tensions and IMPC Tibetian Campaign. During the first 3 hours for the search of the missing planes, the second one has been recovered, the damage was severe and the cockpit of the plane missing. The Humanitarian Supplies were scattered around the crashed site.
And in the Borders, mass-immigration by Delitian Citizens who is effected by the War occurred. 5.2M Delitian were found crossing to Zuweeiyan Nepal, most are Women, Children, and the Elderly. The Pro-Delitian politician in Al-Zuweeiyah proposed to send the Immigrants to mainland Al-Zuweeiyah or other Realm Countries. The Pro-Neutrality Politician proposed to keep the Immigrants who are already in Nepal and close the Borders. Now for the New Pro-Bulgaristani Politician, the Popular Impirio Front proposed to send the Immigrants back to Delitai or to North Bulgaristan. The Pro-Neutral Politician Won the debate when President Faisal announced a Refugee Camp inside Nepalese Zuweeiyah and Close Borders. Sending Immigrants to Mainland Al-Zuweeiyah is costly and time consuming as the Government is in the process of Reconstruction.
The Popular Impirio Front (PIF) continues to be vocal for Al-Zuweeiyahian involvement, using the reasoning of Al-Zuweeiyah having no Diplomatic Relations with Delitai. Their arguments are mostly countered by the Pro-Delitian and Pro-Neutral politicians who used the reasoning of being a member of an Alliance with Delitai (Free Trade Union) and their stance against Imperialism as part of the beliefs of the Fourth International Theory (Ideology of Al-Zuweeiyah) which the Politicians and Government uphold.
The debate still continues in Al-Zuweeiyah, though Public Support by Zuweeiyan Citizens for Delitai is extremely High for their past efforts in aiding the Legitimate Baathist Government of Al-Zuweeiyah in the Civil War.
