There's no mechanics for it, you can only do Roleplays with other people

Yes and No? you can rp an attack or challenge people and stuff... there's also events, but otherwise not really
so i can't colonize or conquer land?
1) You missed the point. They were rebelling when it still was Democratic. They would have rebelled again regardless of what we did.
2) That's how we always have done things. But you partially misunderstand, it's only for Communism and Syndicalism.
3) Execution is when you kill people for crimes. Incarceration is when you imprison people for crimes.
