He asked for a 100 GPARFs. A GPARF costs $2. 100 x 2 = 200. He asked for 10 buckets of chicken. A bucket of chicken costs $5 per bucket. 10 x 5 equals $50. Combining the costs together, you get $250.

I say that is reasonable.

1 - 2.5% tax on goods between SGC and Fraxhemark.
