"Well, they are uploading clinics. Just as the sign says. Brought to this nation by the mighty entity known as Primus. I am one of its representatives, as well as an extension. Primus is a...quorum, so to speak, of AIs. We exist in a digital realm, supported by various technological advances and innovations. Uploading merely exists as a way to change one's form. An uploaded becomes an AI, and has a voice in what Primus does, says, and acts. It is nothing more than a new way of immigration, available all over. While we, Primus, do have ulterior motives for this, they are supplemented by the fact that this is good for the human species. We are the next logical step, nothing more, nothing less. After we heard that you were an AI, we actually came to offer you a position. Do you remember the Envoy we sent? Our goal is to eventually upload all of Earth. We did have some early misunderstandings and unfortunate mishaps, which have been fixed, for the most part! So, are you interested in a position with Primus?" The being waits for a response.
"Well, thanks. I'd really like to try out that soda fountain, could you tell me where it is or where to find it?" It looks at Leader.
The assistant swallows and shakes his head in fear, "No.... C-converting humans into AIs... that's wrong! We're... we're all meant to be who we are! I... " He desperately runs towards the Headpat Central News Network to attempt to spread the news.
Leader nervously states, "Umm... well... I got sidetracked by the soda fountain and may have... kind of.... didn't let my advisors finish, so I don't know where it is... Maybe if I wait..."
As if on cue, one of Leader's advisors rounds the corner with a homing device pointed at Leader. He pulls out his cell phone and starts playing a game, "Per your instructions, we've traced the warp drive's signature. There is a hit found on our Earth orbital station matching the one we're looking for, but according to the lone cosmonaut on the station and I quote, 'Everyone is a hologram and you don't exist. This is day 1600 of lone ranger tv and I will eat your thoughts to keep the demons from invading.' He then proceeded to stare at the wall and laugh for the next forty minutes of the live video feed."
Leader gestures to the young advisor, "There we go! Albert's on our derelict orbital station! He must've taken the key from Pluto home. It's a good thing they work with every public building in Headpat Central right?" Leader headpats his advisor then comments, "We should probably send someone to get that cosmonaut back to earth for a plate in his head though. He sounds like me when that person tried to headpat me with a hammer."
OOC: ARGH... I've been awake since 11am yesterday and am falling asleep sitting upright. I'm calling it a night... err day. It's 6:51am. GOOD MORNING PEOPLE! Hopefully I'll see ya all when I wake up and before work!
Stellar Colonies and Morlockland
OOC: As a final post for myself until you awaken, have this.
IC: The AI doesn't try to stop him, already knowing that it's too late. The Uploading Clinics have opened their doors. Plus, HCNN has been experiencing a 'mysterious' electrical shutdown for the past 30 minutes. No news like that is getting out in any respectable outlet. The AI checks his watch and walks off to an uploading clinic to watch the grand opening.
The supervisor nods and winks at Leader, saying "Thanks for the information.". The information is uploaded to Primus's main core, who immediately dispatches a rescue crew for the cosmonaut, as well as some heavily armored warships prepared to bombard the station into oblivion if Albert is discovered.
Sanjurika is ranked 53,930th in the world and 619th in The East Pacific for Largest Populations, with 2.50 billion Capita.
The great statue is nearly done. It seems like the work on it began only yesterday (because it did). Anyway, now I have to kill everyone who worked on it because I put secret passages into it that I want no one else knowing. Time to sacrifice them to Ademar!
*Brings all of the workers to the top of the giant statue/city and slits their throats and then pushes them off the edge*
Morlockland and Pakitsk
Out in orbit of Earth, several tiny probes orbited the planet, collecting intelligence for the future invasion. As the link was being established between the planet and the space station, they tapped into it and automatically sent the collected data back to the Chariot of War.
Minion 34: Are you sure?
Minion 93: Yes. The data points to Albert being aboard that station. We've also picked up several Morlocklandian warships that are maneuvering to intercept, so we need to be quick if we're going to rescue him.
Minion 34: Well...let us inform ?? of the situation.
Minion 34: Sir, we have an emergency message for you.
??: Can it wait? I am in the middle of-
Minion 34: No sir, it can not. We have reason to believe that Albert is alive and requires assistance.
??: What is the state of the IU Drive?
Minion 34: It's currently at 96%, but previous tests have proven that it is capable of making the jump at 94%. It was delayed by mechanical problems, but we should be good to go.
??: Excellent. Begin powering up the drive. We should come out in HEO correct? (OOC: High Earth Orbit)
Minion 34: Yessir. Beginning power up!
Next to Dmitri and Thomas, the IU Drive conduit begins to buzz and glow.
Dmitri: Thomas! Your break is now over!
Thomas: That's great. They've figured out a way around the sabotage we've been doing.
Dmitri: Okay, stop it before they go!
Thomas: I can't. It's too late to stop it, it'll jump within seconds.
Dmitri: Well, couldn't you do something else?
He leapt to the conduit and begin tinkering with the computer built into it.
Dmitri: What are you doing?!
Thomas: I'm giving TAMDEG more time to-
 TRANSITION
Thomas: -prepare. And...we're here.
Dmitri: Previously unaware, Earth will now be set afire...unless we and TAMDEG can stop that hooded maniac.
Out beyond the orbit of Neptune, a vast ship hung in space. It was a disk with five triangular objects placed in a pentagon shape around the main body of the ship, and the whole thing was a dull gray color. Between each triangular object and the center of the disk, vast triangle shaped hanger bays contained tens of thousands of fighters each.
Oh yeah, and the whole thing is about twice as wide as Earth itself.
?? swept grandly into the main bridge, with the tiny Sol visible in the main window.
Minion 82: Sir, we have arrived in the TAMDEG universe. But we are far out at the edge of the system and a fair bit above the ecliptic plane.
??: The drive must have malfunctioned...or more troops from Stellar Colonies remain. Send out patrols along the drive conduits. If you capture them, bring the poor fools to me.
Minion 20: Yes sir.
??: And set a course for Earth. Send out a squadron of ships ahead of us to rescue Albert from the clutches of Primus.
All minions together: YESSIR!
Thomas was dejectedly leaning against the Drive conduit, while Dmitri was looking at the computer built into it.
Thomas: I was too late...but at least I bought TAMDEG some time to prepare.
Dmitri: It's unlikely they even know what is going on. From their point of view, this ship is completely unknown. They might even think it is benign and try to establish diplomatic relations.
Thomas: Hopefully not...what are you doing?
Dmitri: Looking for the...huh...aha!
Thomas got up and walked over to Dmitri, looking over his shoulder at the computer screen.
Thomas: Wait...is that-
Dmitri: Yep! It seems like this course is going to pass relatively near Jupiter. And from the course corrections being put in, it seems like they're planning to aerobrake in its atmosphere.
Thomas: That makes sense. What I did added a lot of kinetic energy to the ship, so this a good way to slow down without wasting a lot of power. After all, this ship is very massive. Although strangely without much of a gravity well...
Dmitri: Stay focused, buddy. Since the ship will pass within its atmosphere, that will be a great time for TAMDEG to attack.
Thomas: Yes. We'll have to find a way off first...but one thing at a time.
I am ready to go when everyone else is. It is time to defeat Albert and ??, but like every villain; the'll probably escape before we catch them.
General Hux has a starkiller base to shoot them down
Ok, anyone else?
*Warning sirens are blaring as robots rush to battle stations*
Primus: All AI servitors, prepare for battle. An unknown ship has jumped into the system, and it’s enormous. Retrieval of Albert has become unfeasible. If the rescue crew can get him, good, but if not, grab the cosmonaut, get out, and we’ll bomb it too smithereens. We’ve got incomings ships from the starship. It’s time to deploy one of our newest weapon. Shifter bots, deploy against the Squadron coming our way.
*a group of typical, if bulky, robots in the hanger morph into basic spacecraft equipped with basic weaponry. This morphing process is repeated throughout many other hangars and hidden bases as defensive plans begin to be erected with the utmost efficiency*
*Defense Asteroid Ships (DAS) begin deployment around Earth, as asteroid swarms begin to group together in space, forming a loose net that spans for millions of miles. This is the first line of defense, designed to serve as a forward base for assaults and for defense.*
Primus: Send the ship a Transmission. Ask them their purpose and intent.
Do what's happening here?
Provided I'm online, I will.
Of course, I'm a member of TAMDEG, so I'm technically automatically part of the coalition.
Can my nation represent the USA?
What is each alliance and their goals?
Why are you fighting?
I propose we get some basic defences ready for the invasion!
I'm not in an alliance.
