I think there's a difference between speaking on behalf of the Delegate and making a reasonable assumption. Given Aelitia's well known commitment to faithfully executing The East Pacific's laws, it was a reasonable assumption that he would change his vote in compliance with those laws. That wasn't speaking for him so much as it was common sense.

On another note, is there an alternate link to the forum? The URL I usually use (http://theeastpacific.com/index/) is returning an error message: "This domain is successfully pointing to a ZetaBoards server and can be added to your Domain Manager in your Admin Control Panel."

Hello! It is simple to endorse any WA nation! You simply click their nation name and scroll to the bottom of their page. There should be a button "Endorse -name-" and you're done!
