“Their falling Governments have agreed to work together to discuss possible solutions to counter such aggression. As of right now, the discussions are still ongoing with the two presidents of the Himalayan countries. So stay tuned for further updates."

Joint Intelligence Agencies across the Indochina sector and the Indian sector, reported several unguided rocket strikes against the Republic of Nepal and Bhutan, seeking to destroy and annex the two countries to acquire more territory after the recent PCRS and Swanovian expansion in East India and the province of Odisha, now resided to the Federation of Eugi Asean, seizing the industrial regions of India. This seizure have prompted the government and the Indian Army to mobilize and declare war against the PCRS and the Federation, amassing great numbers of unguided rockets, approximately (20 305 600), launched mainly in towed and portable launchers in the provinces of West Bengal, Andhra Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, and Jharkhand. The constant rocket artillery barrage targeted on Nepal, Bhutan, and Odisha, started a few days after the declaration of war, concentrating their fire on military bases and industrial zones within said territories and countries. By the next few weeks after the organized terror attacks, Nepal and Bhutan have suffered multiple casualties approximating to millions of civilians and soldiers, along with military bases utterly destroyed, leaving them defenseless to an invasion. As a response to the upcoming threat, both presidents and government officials have discussed the only possible option of deterring the Indian invasions.

June 24th, 2022, 0928. SATCOM messages sent to the Joint Intelligence Agency in a secure comms link details the request to join the Federation, in which after a 10-hour process by the J.I.A. and the S.I.A.S. was finally reached to the presidential office. President Gardi Galadus Frongia reads the message pre translated in English aloud to his trusted officials in the house.
“President and Prime Minister hailing from small nations in the Himalayas of Nepal and Bhutan requests a formal consolidation within the large and powerful Federation, as a compromise we will conventionally join the F.E.A. as an official member state and assist our administration in a proper reconstruction of dismantled central authority, defense, and economic prosperity.”
Gardi Galadus Frongia orders his press and foreign affairs secretary to draft a SATCOM message to organize a summit meeting with the 2 presidents in the capital city of Gaishuj, to further negotiate terms.
“The J.I.A. and the S.I.A.S. will review and send the message within an hour, Mr. President, sir.” Stated the foreign affairs secretary.
The summit meeting is scheduled to take place tomorrow, precisely at 0555, in a temporary conference building, guarded by the President’s Royal Guards and the S.S.F.

Several hours later, June 25th, 2022, 0555. Bidhya Devi Bhandari, Female President of Nepal and Prime Minister Lotay Tshering, of Bhutan, have arrived via secret transportation efforts to ensure the safety of the leaders from spying Indian agents, attempting to interrupt the meeting. The Presidents and Prime Minister soon started on the negotiating table, the Federation agreed to accept their demands however with some terms after reconstruction is complete in order to help defend their sovereign territory and improve their economy in their own autonomy. The list of terms and requirements below goes as followed.

They will spend 3 billion dollars in terms of defense, administration, healthcare, and education.

Build three air bases, three naval ports, and four barracks

Said provinces must generate a substantial amount of GDP, the requirement to build and develop their cyber defense and security is then demanded by the Federation.

They can develop any special economic industries of their own.

Their education system should necessitate its students to learn English as a second fluent language in the Federation to maintain and secure good international relationships with other member Asean countries.

Its military bases and ports are to be given full access for all member states in case of a national emergency.

Allow intentions to build an international program, committee, organization, etc, whether for scientific research, military, or civilian use. As long as the joint committee of the Federation does not deem such intentions to be a threat to our national security.

The leaders accepted the requirements and have all agreed to establish a 4-year plan to achieve the designated end results. Signing the treaty of Eugi Himalay, both Nepal and Bhutan have officially joined the Federation! We all welcome them with open arms!

Caribbean

After signing a treaty with the leaders of ICN, the Caribbean was left open to Celestial expansion. Multiple recent events have delayed the expected expansion, however, with a lull in the tensions, King Ian has set his sights on the Caribbean once again.

Annexation

Once offered annexation, most of the islands of the Caribbean accepted, knowing that resistance was futile. The former Columbian islands of San Andres and Providencia joined the Kingdom, not being able to sustain them selves independently. The islands of Aruba, Curacao, Isla La Orchila, Isla La Tortuga and Gran Roque joined the Kingdom soon after the offer.
Eventually, all island nations joined the Kingdom.

The only major opposition in general Caribbean was the dual island nation of Trinidad and Tobago. The leader resisted all Celestial attempts at annexation. Multi offers were made, but all were denied. King Ian, tired of the delays, finally ordered an invasion to secure the island. Celestial planes flew over the islands, destroying militants infrastructure and other important targets. The bombing run was followed by a airborne drop, with the 1st and 2nd airborne regiments landing on Trinidad, and the 3rd airborne regiment landing on Tobago, taking objectives and distracting their army. The airborne assault was followed by amphibious assault ships, 1 landing in Trinidad and 1 on Tobago. Scarbrough fell after a few hours, with Port of Spain and San Fernando falling after a day.

With the fall of Trinidad and Tobago, the whole of the major Caribbean islands along with Aruba, Caracao, Isla la Orchila, Gran Roque, Isla la Tortuga, San Andres, and Providencia are now territories of the Kingdom of the Celestials, all United into a single province.

Pacific

With the Caribbean secured, King Ian has once again set his sights on the Pacific.

The islands of Niue, Wallis and futuna,Tokelau and Kiribati accepted the offer of annexation, as the terms were generous and the islands knew they couldn't stand up to Celestial military might.

The uninhabited islands of Midway atoll, Jarvis island, Kure atoll, and the Johnston atolls were annexed by the Kingdom, after the military raised Celestial flags over the islands.

The main prizes of the Pacific however, were the islands of Palau, Guam, Saipan and Tinian. These islands were vital to Celestial military status in the Caribbean, as many of them had military facilities on them, Guam having the most and newest. King Ian, knowing that the islands probably wouldn't accept Celestial annexation, as most of them have made it successfully on their own as island nations. Thus, he took an aggressive stance with the islands. The Celestial army marched onto the islands, with the air force flying over. One by one, Celestial flags were placed over the islands.

Despite the aggressive takeover, the islands were granted privleges, like self rule, autonomy etc.

Once again this month PCRS troops move into Kazakhstan...
Seeing how the 17th may try to start further pressure in China they were relocated to help ease their minds; however, they were ordered to move into Southeast Kazakhstan.
Same as before the Kazakhstani troops the area moved out as PCRS troops moved in, but it was much more tense with forces within ear shot of each other but never firing a shot.
Needless to say this time greatly upset the native government and messages were sent to the Russian government demanding answers, but this time they went unresolved creating a sense of fear that the PCRS will launch an invasion soon to finish them off and these small border exchanges will do nothing to halt their advance.
War seems to be back on the edge between the two nations...

**Claiming Saskatchewan**
Despite the treaty that has been made by fellow nations, Obama has announced he will continue his agenda in Canada and claim Saskatchewan. UNOG has claimed Ontario and Manitoba already and is looking to become even stronger. Hours after the claim of Manitoba, Obama and the lieutenant governor of Saskatchewan sat down and talked about a potential deal to be under UNOG. Obama wanted to get it done quick and gave the governor an undisclosed amount of money for him to resign and give up Saskatchewan. UNOG will appoint someone to run Saskatchewan. Obama said he simply wants to have one of the strongest nations in the world and he is getting to that point. Next hitler? *dun dun dun*

Economic strife in the Pacific island nations. Treaty of Honolulu signed!

October 1st, 2022, 1230. Small independent island nations, such as the State Republic of Hawaii, Small Republic of Midway, Small Island Republic of Jeju, Federated Republics of Santa Cruz islands, and the Federated states of the Southern Japanese Islands which includes Tanegashima, Yakushima, Takeshima, Iwo Jima, Kuroshima, Kuchinoerabu, Kuchinoshima, Toshima, Gajajima, Tairajima, Suwanosejima, Akusekijima, Takarajima, Kaminone, Yokoate-Jima, Kikai, Tokashiki, Tonaki, Kumejima, Miyakojima, Ishigaki, Tarama, Iriomote-Jima, and Yonaguni islands,  excluding Okinawa, in the Pacific Ocean have also declared an international state of economic emergency, facing massive tariffs on oil imports and a recent natural disaster in Hawaii, currently facing volatile volcanic activity. Such disasters prevented the independent nations from conducting trade with other said island nations, and had destroyed essential infrastructures, such as its harbors and airports. With their little economy, on par among African island nations, are unable to recover, instead the independent islands substantially have more debt that are needed to be repaid to the Federation.

Delegates from each island country have discussed options through Live SATVIDs, detailing their nation's revocation of Independence and assimilation to the Federation, in order to revitalize their economy, with the addition of having their own defensive measures to build their own military bases and ports. With all countries and their delegates agreeing to the proposed plan, their Governments have ordered a private and secure SATCOM link to be connected to the Joint Government and the Presidential Office to schedule a summit in a few days.

1523, Both the Joint Government and the Presidential Office, once again reviewed by the J.I.A. and the S.I.A.S. had finally arrived in the table 2 hours later. After reading the detailed request for assimilation to the Federation, President Gardi called for an important meeting with the Joint Government to schedule the G10 Summit with the island nations. It was successfully accepted, Senators along with the President have agreed to hold the G10 summit meeting on October 7th, at the Capital City of the Small Republic of Hawaii, in Honolulu. Senators and other Government officials will then prepare for the summit.

Several Days pass. October 7th, 2022. G10 Summit begins. Government officials from all said countries have gathered in the Capitol Building in Honolulu which held the meeting. The discussions soon started for negotiable terms and requirements needed for such tiny nations to join the Federation. The speaker for the Federation's Joint Government lays out a list of said requirements.

In exchange, the smaller nations demanded to keep their former independent names to be recognized in the Federation, alongside with an equal number of senators in the Joint Government. All parties agreed and signed to the treaty, which will now be forever known as the Treaty of Honolulu, officially joining them into the F.E.A. We all welcome them with open arms!

*Invasion of Goias*
Mauro Rodriguez has launched an invasion on the rest of Goias as they’re militia didn’t react to kindly with Gaelios peaceful invasion. Bombings ensued and before you knew it, the Gaeli military arrived to take on Goias militia. The battle was short and Gaelio came out victorious. The military continued through Goias with some resistance from the citizens, but they were taken care of appropriately. Gaelians could now celebrate another military win, as the entirety of Goias is now under Gaeli rule.

*Alaskan towns along the southern coastline have surrendered to the invading GMC forces. Each town surrendered without a fight, and the majority of the workforce has been restarted. The Alaskan region is being enforced with this new economic boost and it will also be providing some of this to the Capital.*

Collapse of Finnish Government; Polish Government steps in to "restore order"

Ever since the Failed Invasion of Finland, the Polish Government has been secretly monitoring the Finnish Government for any signs of instability, corruption, etc. and now, with the sudden and unexpected collapse of the Finnish Government, our government deemed it necessary to step in in order to prevent a power struggle and restore peace to the region. Our military has crossed the Gulf of Finland to first set up "Sanctuaries" for Finnish citizens in large population centers and will slowly visit each town so that people, who have been cut off from food, water, and communications since the collapse, can once again enjoy the luxuries of society that have been stripped away from them along with their government. The area, afterwards, would be annexed into our nation to insure that further stability be guaranteed for its peoples.

*Claim of multiple states in Brazil*
After getting plenty of land in Bahia, Mauro Rodriguez set his sites on other land close by. With threats of executing their leaders and their people, Cerea and Paraiba and a another little state agreed to join Gaelio. When Rodriguez and the leaders of the states had met up and Mauro had gone to the bathroom, the leaders of the Brazilian states had been shot by a local pedestrian. Mauro refused to give a statement.

Alaska

Despite servere internal issues, King Ian has set his sights on the north. There is still alot of land in Canada to claim from the former country of Northor.

After capturing Juneau with only a little resistance, Celestial troops continued onto the mainland, where Northornian resistance was more prevalent, despite Celestial efforts to get them to surrender. Some units did surrender, and were subsequently absorbed into the Celestial army. However, most didn't, and offered stiff resistance to Celestial forces.

A large battle was fought at the town of Prince Rupert, where Northornian forces held up in the town, the nearby port and in the surrounding woods. They were outnumbered by Celestial troops, however they knew how to fight in this terain and knew it well. Fighting started at dawn several days ago, with Celestial forces assaulting the town itself. After being pushed back 2 times, Celestial forces launched a even larger attack and managed to push into the town. Urban warfare continued for 4 hours, with Celestial forces capturing the town. Fighting continued for 7 hours outside the city with Northornian troops giving the Celestial troops hell. They were eventually defeated, but not after killing nearly 80 Celestial troops.

With the victory, the large majority of Northornian troops were defeated in the south. Celestial forces advanced farther, facing scattered but determined resistance from Northornian troops.

Aleutian Islands

During the conquests in the south, a small band of Celestial troops landed on and captured the unclaimed Aleutian islands of Attu, Adak, and Atka.

Reclaiming Russia: Part I think 9 at this point? Maybe 10

Once again it was time to clean up Western Russia.
Moving north into the sparsely populated north seemed foolish at first; however, the rescores from the north will aid in the... reconstruction, of the PCRS.
The drill was pretty simple, gaining signatures from the towns leaders and other people of authority, through any means necessary at this point.
The main prize form the north was the rich uranium, uranium has seemed to become the blood of the PCRS holding mines in Russia, Caucus regions, the Middle East, and India.
Along with the choke on the Stans and with mining rights in Nigeria roughly 72% of the Earths uranium mines are now in the PCRS' control or manipulation.

Construction Of a Wonder

After Kalavn's adventure across the global she has returned home, but from what little of the world she has seen Kalavn knows now that Russia must compete.
With the recent military cut starting to pool in the extra economy flow a project that was imaged by Kalavn can now be attempted.
Its not an original idea it was something conceived of nearly a century before by a different nation; however, they never completed the project so the PCRS will.
The eye jewel of the world, the idea of building the largest city in the world, a truly world capital...
The project began shortly after plans were finalized, Volgograd will be renamed "Mirovaya Stolitsa Rodina", or just Rodina for short.
Rodina will be split in half by the Volga and will run along side it, but this will not effect the size of the grand city in the slightest.
The city itself is planned to be the wonder, but numerous monuments are planned to be fit inside of the city, each with its own taste of the world.
A nearly 5 miles plaza will house the majority of these monuments...
At one end of the grand plaza will be a huge arch standing 492 feet tall and 444 feet wide made to dwarf the Arc de Triomphe by three time over and will list every conflict the Russian nation has been apart of in history being called rightfully, Triumfal'naya arka.
At the other end of plaza will the heart of the city, the Bol'shoy zal, designed after the Kremlin and the Pathogen of Rome.
The Bol'shoy zal is planed to cover 1065600 square feet and would be capped with a colossal dome that will be 985 foot high making it the worlds largest domed structure, along with being the government building of the PCRS.
This are the only monuments planned to be shared to the public at this time; however, other plans are being maybe such as a design to match that of the obelisk in Washington D.C...
The project as stands right now will cost the nation trillions and will not be competed till 2 to 5 years.
But greatness takes time and the city of Rodina will be that, an eye jewel of Earth.
