here's the thing, I'm not bound by the treaty as I have a global affairs neutrality policy, and I have beef with Ocenia. they have hired some cartels to attempt to burn one of my towns down. but they were caught. my navy is at the ready. so is my space artillery.

Normandy is a demilitarized zone dude we'll just make it an international occupation before giving it independence
