Dear Charcoal-like poop, of the world assembly
I am writing to you to humbly request that you change your vote on repeal SC #52, Condemn The Black Hawks, from a For to an Against.
The Black Hawks is a large aggressive military organisation, conducting many nefarious activities against the peace of the world. They are still active to this day, operating under the tenets of “raider unity” and supporting efforts of their allies to cause chaos in this world.
Just earlier this year, they conducted and supported the historic raid on A Liberal haven, occupying the region for a month and banjecting many natives. The Black Hawks alone brought over 70 members of the invading force, nearly a third of the 210 strong invading force. This numbers proved too much for the outnumbered defenders, and they were unable to dislodge the raiders occupation which lasted for a month.
This threat to our universe also reared its head again a month later, when they conducted another Joint operation with their allies to refound The Mystical Council. In a flagrant display of insolence towards this World Assembly, they employed tactics such as queue flooding with insignificant proposals in an attempt to prevent Liberate TMC from getting to vote. This method was only possible with further disgraceful tactics such as propping up their proposals with their puppet delegates in 40 newly created regions.
In the end, Liberate TMC was unable to get to queue fast enough, resulting in the loss of the region as a raider trophy today.
Just last month, The Black Hawks struck Embassyregionia with their allies, burning over a thousand embassies to the ground in spite of the defender’s best efforts to liberate the region.
Over the span of the last 10 years since the passing of SC #52, The Black Hawks have remained very much alive, striking hundreds, if not thousands of regions in large scale invasions, causing grief to many communities.
This dastardly organisation deserves to be condemned by the world assembly, to let this historic warning remain to the raiders that their actions will not go unopposed.
Once more, I humbly ask you to reaffirm this assembly’s commitment to peace and vote against repeal repeal SC #52, Condemn The Black Hawks
