We should really lay off recruiting new players. It's a security risk and pointless because they won't be be on and when they're on, will spend more time switching to other groups.
And they have no loyalty.

New nations are the lifeblood of this region, and I cannot abide an unwelcome attitude.
Everyone who's successful in this region either came here as a new nation, or we benefited from some other region giving them a home as a new nation and showing them how this all works. Sure, some people come here and then leave - we wish them well if it doesn't work out. But if you don't like new players, I've got news for you - the median population on NationStates is about 700 million - around 4 months old. There are about as many nations newer than that as older.
Everyone gets to decide where their home is going to be, and I personally hope that if any player decides we look fun and interesting to be around, they won't be discouraged by the tripe you're posting on the RMB.
