The members of the former region of Slatos aren't exactly known for their self-control. Quite the opposite; their youthful arrogance and impudence finally brought the combined forces of several major regions to their doorstep and were relieved of their toys. The East Pacific, The North Pacific, The Black Hawks, Lone Wolves United, Karma, Balder and others finally got tired of their childish antics and scattered their region to the wind.
I'm aware of the recent events but I'd hoped that Opstan, who has been a good friend of the Bar and a respected member of our extended group of friends for a long time, would be able to talk some sense into these young upstarts, keep them from harming themselves and others by their lack of impulse control.

If they're going to take refuge in his region, they should at least heed his advice and keep quiet for a while rather than run around the game inserting themselves once again into places where they will only bring further trouble upon their community.
