Regional Titles & Ranks
Emperor - [founder and/or governor]
Vizier - [second-in-command and/or successor]
High Priest - [religious and culture matters]
Judge - [law and dispute matters]
Diplomat - [diplomacy and foreign relations]
General - [defense and wars matters]
Ranks above is a mainstay until we reach 20 members. After that they will add the title 'High', as in 'High Judge', because their department will have other judges(due to regional growth).
Depends on how big the region is, High Judge will, maybe, need 2-3 judges to assist him in their judicial branch. Same goes for High Priest, High Diplomat and General, who becomes 'General of the Army' in case of new generals(or colonels/majors) promoted in his department of defense.
But until then, the region can function with just one nation in each government position. This is just when region surpass 20 members, 50 or, God's wills it, 100, so we can include more players into our government and contribute the region.

The Rank Importance is, as shown above. The Emperor is superior to Vizier, Vizier to High Priest etc. General has lowest priority in peace time, but during war, martial law, or curfew, General becomes third-in-command if Vizier is active, 2nd if there is no vizier, and 1st if there is no emperor.
This ranking is as last resort, in case of emergency, or when the rest of the government is offline and certain measures must be taken.
1. The Emperor chooses Successor (Crown Prince)
2. The Emperor chooses Vizier(no term limit, emperor can replace him anytime)
3. The regional members choose the Cabinet (High Priest, Judge, Diplomat and General). Cabinet mandate is two months, elections are held last week of the 2nd month.
4. The Emperor is executive branch, the Cabinet(Vizier and the rest) is legislative branch. Both combined they form the Regional Government[reg.gov.]
5. Vizier acts like prime minister, which mean he is the chairman of the Cabinet, but, it is not elected, but appointed. Nevertheless, his vote(during sessions) still count as one.
6. The Government cannot be dismissed if elections were open and fair, but the emperor retains veto power.
7. Veto can be used to block certain bills(or laws) if they deem harmful to the region and community.
8. To be eligible for candidacy, you must be resident for atleast a week.
9. All residents are eligible to vote.

10. During wartime, War Cabinet is formed, which consist of the Emperor, Vizier, and General.

Cant believe this (region)name wasnt snatched yet, i didnt even plan to start and lead a region, but i had to when i saw Tenochtitlan was available.
Also it would be wrong to just hold it as a trophy, i must atleast try to make it grow and become active. Still new but well see.

Hello, and welcome, of course you can stay as much as you like, this is a chill region, i want it to be that way. Everyone who joins is automatically a citizen.
You can join the government if you want, first 4-5 nations that joins the region can join the government, until region grows enough for elections. At that time they are free to participate in the elections as everyone.

Since you are diplomat now, you can write a new embassy dispatch, i will pin it. You can also start establishing diplomacy(embassies) with other regions, just dont with extremists(regardless of their politics).
Until now i randomly eatablished embassies since region is new, but you can start to focus on specific ones.
Aztecs were agricultural warrior society, very food production focused and very war focused(militaristic), but also very religious, almost a theocracy.
So agriculture, similar to eco-friendliness(hence the tag), religiousness and militarism, if it helps deciding what kind of regions we look for to establish embassies, maybe eco friendly one, religious and defenders.
Aztecs were raiders IRL, but due to NS game mechanics i'd rather be neutral, or defender if members insist on participating in NS R/D wars.
For time being, i dont want Tenochtitlan to raid, because the game tilted extremely to one side. Participating in raid today is basically griefing, not war where both sides enjoy the game.
