I don't know if those were ever actually a thing or not; they predate even my residency here. They left the WFE for a couple years in the middle of my Delegacy, but I brought them back as an homage to the Pirate League. Fun fact: the colors were originally reversed: I swapped the red and green because I thought it looked better.
