That, and otherwise in the case of a separate consultation of the Government. There is no law forcing them to side with the majority, but it is a precedent. They also approve proposals and occasionally try to pass them.
Shall The Kingdom of Europaterre open themselves for nomination, the Magical Empire will support them nothing less than wholeheartedly!

New Map Update! YYYAAAAAAAYYYY!
Right Here!This is the map of the planet Kirakam. It is 2.773 times the surface area of earth, but has the same gravity (give or take) due to the composition of the planet. It is covered in Deuterium oxide, rather than water, which is water with a hydrogen isotope. It makes the water slightly heavier. The people of the planet have evolved to consume it. It is also covered in plants, trees, and the like. The leftmost continent is Swansonia, the Eastmost is Theternalordre, and the central one is a mystery. It is one of the most beautiful planets in the cosmos.
If you wanna submit a claim, TG me, or quote one of my posts on the RMB. Please give a screenshot as well, that is more helpful.
CLAIM REQUIREMENTS
1. Must be a resident of Sonindia
2. You must have posted at least once a month on the regional message board. This post can be roleplay related or not. First time you are removed, you are able to be readded to the map. Second time you are removed, you can no longer be on the map. If you are removed from the map, your are not guaranteed to get your former claim back, and can be readded in an empty spot. You will receive a warning both times.
3. Certain regions have certain cultures. You will be placed accordingly.
4. You cannot interact with people all the way around the world. You have to dock in their harbors, and meet them formally. You cannot just start diplomacy. This is a classical world.
5. Claim size must be reasonable, and population based. Sonindia reserves the right to decide you claim at will.
6. Claims are a first come, first served basis. Therefore, in claiming a spot on the map, you acknowledge the fact that someone may have already reserved where you want to claim, and you shall leave or give up that claim willingly to the person.
If you want to claim territory from an inactive nation, then you must send me a TG notifying me, and I will remove them from the map after validation.

ty, but isn't my nation too small, could you consider the one I sent you? It has a more strategic and geologically accurate location. It's not that big.

Though I do believe it doesn't make much sense to ban you for it.

Actually, free speech is a protected right here. Kesi even pointed out banning you would be against the law if it was on the grounds of speaking against the government. However, there is a fine line between flaming and criticism.
