2019 College Basketball Tournament

Rules & How it works:
Get ready for some March Madness. College basketball is coming to Nationstates and The Wolf Clan. The best 32 teams will compete for a championship in [region]The Wolf Clan[/nation] 2019 College Basketball Tournament. A round will be played every weekend until the tournament is complete.

Everyone who signs up must fill out an application. The application will linked to this dispatch. Each team has 10 points to increase their offense and defense. You do not have to use all 10 points. All seeding will be randomly determined. The bracket will be released on March 3rd, 2019. The deadline to join is March 1st, 2019.
