i've never broken a bone. i actually photosynthesize my calcium.

i find it's actual more economical to just buy dairy free alternatives of dairy if it's good rathering than taking pills or buying the lactose-free one.

Dairy free ice cream is awful. Lactate is like 3 dollars for 50 tablets.
