Made a call half an hour ago, they're supposed to get back to me in the next few days. Apparently I've been out of contact with open psychiatry long enough that I fell back into waiting list, but they said they'd check with my old psychologist there first.

In the meantime I need to schedule an appointment at the clinic to cover my bases, but I'll do that tomorrow.

Psychciatry is weird, here you see the therapist once month when you stablize, but if you need to chat you can just call them and they fit you in.

This is why I have to make my other contacts send in messages too, I need to get confirmation I need help immediately. Once that's taken care of it shouldn't be a problem.

Friend's given me homework to do before she gets here, so now I'm doing dishes.
