Kelantan State Elected as DFoM’s WA Delegate

DFoM – The Democratic Federation of Malaysia’s riddle on who will represent the region as the WA Delegate was finally answered with the appointment of Kelantan State last Thursday.

According to the Democratic Federation of Malaysia Government’s dispatch; the Prime Minister is the Head of Government and as well as the WA Delegate.

However, the current government line-up only consists of a Head of Region, Minister of Defence, Minister of Media & Communication and Minister of Youth, Culture & Community.

Regional political analysts commented that since the PM position is unfilled at the moment, the Founder who is also the Head of Region holds equivalent jurisdiction. As such, the Kelantan State's appointment was deemed relevant.

They speculate that an election will be underway as soon as the region has the minimum amount of members to form a functioning government.

On behalf of DFoM Weekly Times team, I would like to apologise if we have not been able to perform at the expected standard. Things should improve moving forward.

Till then,
