Apologies, we in Ioavollr haven't been keeping up with the map, and hadn't noticed some vandalism a few months ago (it has been restored as of June 14). The map is in trial currently until we figure out a better system for automating it and preventing vandalism. Under the current trial, area can be claimed on the google sheet so long as nation's don't take already claimed area. Feel free to telegram
