Welcome to the House of Commons!
Rhinia's Elected Legislative Body

.

The House of Commons shall serve as the sole house of the Rhinian Parliament, and the only legislative body in the region. The work of the House of Commons is to legislate the region through debates and votes of submitted legislative proposals within the House of Commons - which is recommended to be housed in its own, separate region. The members of the House of Commons are to be elected defined citizens, who serve a term of sixty days with no limit. The number of representatives should be proportional to the number of active nations within the region - thus at the time of this being written there should be no more than five representatives and no fewer than three. Legislation voted upon by the House of Commons must be passed by a simple majority, while amendments to the constitution, amendments to bills already passed, and the repeal of bills require a two-thirds majority of the total number of Representatives. Bills are also subject to approval by the Emperor - who can veto legislation. His veto can be overridden with a public referendum that achieves a simple majority.

Anyways, I hope that the elections are getting a lot of votes!
And Barlomia, how's it going? It is too much, or little votes?
If it's too much, maybe we can make a committee of vote counters, or if it's too little, we need more active members
