Normal everyday activities do improve both your cardio (walking and running) and your strength (lifting objects). However, proper cardio workouts do not require equipment. Comparatively, Proper strength workouts require equipment (dumbbells, bars, benches, etc.) and can sometimes be dangerous (lifting too much, going over your max, accidentally dropping weights, etc.). ROUND HEADLINES

The second last round of this season of the RPL comes with the news that this may also be the last. The RPL has been put up for sale yet again and if nobody buys it, its future is up in the air, but back to the soccer. The biggest surprise of this round is the realisation that the Sammona Bulldogs are an outside chance for finals provided Luez lose their final match and Barlomia and Rigia draw or lose. If Sammona do sneak through to the finals they will most likely play the Patek Phillippean Fire or North Frasian Gunmen.

The finals system will consist of 2 games, first and second play off for a spot in the finals and a home final and third and fourth play off for the second place in the final, as it was last season. In the event of a tie, a penalty shootout will occur.

RHINE MEDIA is shutting down. If you would like to take over please contact Patek Phillippe (RHINIAN citizens will be first considered).

Something I should note about minimum wage, I am actually working part-time, but I get paid more than federal (and state) minimum wage. Why? The work is more complex than flipping burgers and making sandwiches.

FINALS PREVIEW

Well the regular season has finished. Only two issues of RPL weekly to go. You may be asking where to now. Well we will move onto the semi-finals of the RPL and FOX Championship. Unfortunately this will likely be the last season of the RPL, wouldnt it be nice to be the proud owner of the last silverware ever given out for this comp! Anyways, it is time to move on to how finals look in the respective leagues.

We will preview the RPL first as it is the most prestigious league. I will announce the bottom two teams who would usually get demoted, but as this is the last season, that will not happen. Coming in 7th and 8th respectively we have: The Ravkanian Hellbenders and Rigian Knights. The win against the Imperials saved the Hellbenders from a winless season and the wooden spoon. Next, the top two teams, who will fight it out for a home final are The Liamopolis Imperials and North Frasian Gunmen. That leaves Patek Phillippe, Barlomia, Sammona and Luez in the dark. The final semi-final will consist of The Patek Phillippean Fire and Atletico Luez. That leaves Barlomia and Sammona in 5th and 6th place respectively. Make sure to stay tuned for the RPL semi-final edition next week!

Now onto the FOX Championship. After a whopping season for some teams and a season to forget for others, we have reached the finals. Firstly congratulations to the Cretanjan Eagles for finishing first with a whopping 22 points and an average of 2.75 points per round. In order of highest to lowest after Cretanjan Eagles, we have Wolves FC (14 pts), Dracarya FC (13 pts) and Cypress Scorpions (also 13 pts) rounding out the top 4. That means that the Blackshirts, Balticona, FC Longhorns, Snowylan, Katastrofeis and PSGW donít qualify for finals and their journey ends here. It will be interesting to see how everyone goes in next weeks semi-finals edition.

ROUND HEADLINES

Welcome to the semi-finals of the final season of the RPL! We have many exciting matchups ahead, namely the North Frasian Gunmen taking on the Liamopolis Imperials. Read on to find out more.

RHINE MEDIA is shutting down. This is the last season of the RPL.

In other news, I would greatly appreciate if you sent a puppet over to New Protection Coalition, We have a roleplay made and run by Ivorica and are looking for nations to help start a government or just roleplay with us.

RPL DIVISION 1 RESULTS

SEMI FINAL 1: Liamopolis Imperials were defeated by North Frasian Gunmen
In a stunning upset, the Gunmen have knocked off the Imperials, many peopleís favourite to go back to back in the grand final. By the first half, the Gunmen were already up 2 goals. The real action started during the second half when the Imperials immediately kicked back to bring the score to 1:2 the Gunmenís way. The Gunmen tried their best to hold back the onslaught from the Imperials and took the game all the way until the last 5 minutes, when the Imperials snuck another goal into the Gunmenís net. The last 5 minutes was a nailbiting stalemate in the middle of the ground. The umpires called for 15 minutes of extra time, but the Gunmen only needed 10 to go 1 up on the Imperials. They won the match and you could see the devastation on the crowd and Imperials players.

FINAL SCORE: Liamopolis Imperials (2) were defeated by North Frasian Gunmen (3) to host the Grand Final

MATCH 2: Patek Phillippean Fire defeated Atletico Luez
In what comes as little surprise to any follower of the RPL, the Fire have finished off Atletico Luez in what will go down as the greatest out of the 4 RPL semi finals ever played. Patek Phillippe ended the first half 3 points down with the score standing at 0:3 (Luezís way). The Fire must have eaten something spicy at their half time break because they managed to put 3 shots behind the Luez goalie. With 10 minutes left, the score was tied at 3 all. Everyone watching the match live had their heads in their hands, anticipating a thrilling finish. With 2 minutes left, the Fire went on a run. They managed to score and book their place in the final with an excellent header into the corner of the goals. You could see how much it meant to the Fire players, who have managed to go one further than last season as they jumped into a team huddle while the fireworks went off and the national anthem blasted over the stadium speakers in New Patek City.

FINAL SCORE: Patek Phillippean Fire (4) defeated Atletico Luez (3) to progress to the Grand Final

FOX CHAMPIONSHIP RESULTS
SEMI FINAL 1: Cretanjan Eagles defeated Wolves FC
In what comes as a surprise to literally nobody who follows the FOX Championship, the Eagles have moved on to the grand final and will host it as well. The Wolves fought gallantly here but were outskilled by a dominant Eagles side. The Wolves have done well to score a goal here as most of the game was just them getting smashed by the Eagles strikers. It seems the Eagles have taken this win for granted, or they are just extremely reserved in celebrations.

FINAL SCORE: Cretanjan Eagles (4) defeated Wolves FC (1) to host the Grand Final

SEMI FINAL 2: Cypress Scorpions defeated Dracarya FC
A rematch from round 8 with no change in the result: a win for the Scorpions. The Scorpions will now move to the grand final to play the dominant Eagles for the championship. In all honesty, Dracarya were pretty unlucky to lose this match, they had more shots on target (7 to Cypressí 5) and played a cleaner match (the Scorpions had 3 yellow cards and 1 red to Dracaryaís 1 yellow). Well played to the Scorpions here though, they won in the end and they were one of only 2 teams not to lose to the Eagles this season, that should make for some good viewing Thursday night.

FINAL SCORE: Cypress Scorpions (3) defeated Dracarya FC (1) to progress to the Grand Final

A WORD FROM THE RHINE MEDIA CEO

There you have it, the RPL and FOX Championship are left with one match each. It is slightly ironic that the FOX Championship starts and will end with a match between the Cretanjan Eagles and Cypress Scorpions. The RPL grand final between the two quiet achievers of this season looks set to be an absolute thriller. My prediction is that the Gunmen will take it out in a penalty shootout, but donít count the Fire out of this.

As you should all probably know by now, RHINE MEDIA is finishing up. This Friday (19th), will be our last day. Before then we plan on doing 2 more daily headlines (Rhinians) to get our overall total of headlines up to 65 and possibly 1 more interview (this is open to anyone, please contact us if you are willing). On the 19th, we will release the Grand Final edition of RPL Weekly and our 2nd daily headline. Thank you to everyone who reads these, some have garnered around 80 views!

Thanks Again, and donít forget to send a puppet over to New Protection Coalition!

ROUND HEADLINES

Here it is, the last hurrah for RHINE MEDIA and the RFA. The finals were hotly contested between 4 quality teams. Iíll let you get to the results now if you would like.

RHINE MEDIA has officially shut down at the release of this issue.

In other news, I would greatly appreciate if you sent a puppet over to New Protection Coalition, We have a roleplay made and run by Ivorica and are looking for nations to help start a government or just roleplay with us.

RPL DIVISION 1 RESULT

North Frasian Gunmen defeated Patek Phillippean Fire
The RPL has come to an end with another thrilling match between perhaps the two most even teams in the comp. The match was a nil-all draw by the time the full 90 minutes were up. Extra time was called and it looked like a win for the Gunmen, with them scoring their first in the 97th minute, but the Fire immediately kicked back to even the score. The game then went to a penalty shootout. The Gunmen scored a perfect 5 from 5 shots and the Fire were also 4 from 4 with 1 shot left. Unfortunately for the Fire, the goalie managed to just knock it out of the way.

And with that, the RPL finished forever with the Gunmen pulling the rare feat of taking both the spoon and RPL cup in consecutive seasons.

FINAL SCORE: North Frasian Gunmen (1/5) defeated the Patek Phillippean Fire (1/4) to take home to RPL

FOX CHAMPIONSHIP RESULT

Cretanjan Eagles defeated Cypress Scorpions
That wraps up an excellent season for the Eagles and the Scorpions. This match was going the Scorpions way for almost the whole match, having scored a goal in the 14th minute. The only thing that kept the Eagles in the game was their impressive defence stopping everything that came to them after that. They finally got a break in the 72nd minute to even out the score. It wasnít enough for the Scorpions though as they realised they hadnít gone hard enough early in the match. They managed to score a goal to book themselves the championship.

FINAL SCORE: Cretanjan Eagles (2) defeated Cypress Scorpions (1) to take home the FOX Championship

A WORD FROM THE RHINE MEDIA CEO

New poll, new rant. I promise to make this worth it.

This whole deal about nuclear waste... I know what does make more toxic waste. Solar panels. Nuclear waste is radioactive, but it can be mostly contained within shielded containers. Solar panel waste, however, has lead, chromium, and cadium. The Environmental Progress (EP) reports that solar panels create 300 times more waste than nuclear plants. Additionally, recycling solar panels is not environmentally safe. In order to get some of the materials out of the panels, you have to burn plastics. Yes, the very energy source "designed to fight off fossil fuels" requires fossil fuels.
Chernoybl was bad, so was the disaster in Japan. But you want to know something, Chernoybl was caused by morons. Something went wrong, and a bunch of "scientists" attempted to fix the problem. The disaster in Japan was unforeseen as both an earthquake and a tsunami destroyed the facility and some of its safety designs. The three-mile island incident was different. Thanks to American ingenuity, one massive problem was averted. A large number of safety regulations and fallbacks allowed the radiation to be contained. The simple solution is to plan for the worst, so you can account for it.
I do not see fission as a permanent and reliable source of power. Eventually, we will run out of things to use as fission fuel. But, this will allow us to find better alternatives and, hopefully, discover a common fuel source for fusion. Fusion, simply put, is too unstable to use (which is why we have fusion bombs). One day, we should hopefully be able to contain fusion and be able to use it effectively.
Oil and coal will eventually run out (we still have a while for gas to run out though, so it is an option). However, we have uranium, thorium, and plutonium (igniter for thorium) we can use as fission fuel. Additionally, we have hydrogen (the most common element in the universe) that can be used for fusion. Unlike the other non-renewables, nuclear energy still has a lot of fuel we can use.

Yes, I have noticed. lol. Its alright . that happens. Our RMB gets super quiet a lot as does our discord at times.

Hello! I come as an ambassador from Thaecia
I'm the nation Callinean and it would be honor to me to improve the relations between both regions!

I finally have finished an investigation against Farkasfalka involving the illegal recruiting of RTA nations. I have concluded that a Farkasfalka member attempted to illegal recruit members. The Fark government was behind the recruiting, but they have ceased their illegal recruiting campaign. The member responsible for the illegal actions has been halted by the RTA, and relations have been restored with Farkasfalka.

Additionally, I will be the ambassador to help maintain relations between us and Farkasfalka.
