I actually read about the Finnish thing, and I generally agree to certain points, however much of information is written from American perspective, which raises question of being credible and I personally can't compare the systems.

I generally agree with is less bureaucracy, more autonomous and adaptible system, and co-operation-centric class structure, however I would also propose higher standards, and focus on independent research, actual independent research and not just doing Power Point or reading a book.

I do quite agree that one of France's reasons for decline is due to mass immigration. I mean, it's not a bad thing, but they also take in loads of illegal immigrants which doesn't even help their society at all. They should only accept one's who's willing to abide by France's laws.
