Pulling out is a very bad idea. You see, where you see one RP about what happened in Shizensky, and one RP about what's happening in Kzaria, what's really happening is a huge RP that's been going for over a year now, where nearly every action directly affects things that go on leter down the line. Therefore, pulling out of Kzaria will seriously hurt you later on down the line.

Whats up?

*The Kzarian encirclement of the main LMI colony has been shelling the outer city walls for several hours now and finally made a breach in the walls. The Leader of the attack on the Colony, a general referred to as Ómut lead a hostile charge into the breech. The Skirmish, which is still in progress has claimed the life of Ómut and the lives of hundreds of hundreds of brave Kzarian combatants.*

The LMI warriors chant "For Kirino! For Kirino! For Kirino!" As they fight. The blood thirsty crazed citizens fight alongside the Enforcers.

Kirino is in her combat outfit. And prepares her palace full of traps.

LMI soldiers have command posts in buildings. Snipers and sharp shooters fire from the tall buildings while the civilians wait with blunt and sharp objects around every corner.

"No, not in the least."! Are you kidding me? You are making it seem like there is no way the Assad used chemical weapons.
The most optimistic pro-Assad findings were inconclusive at best. However, most of the governments/intelligence agencies that investigated concluded that it was most likely the Assad regime that committed the attacks. Israel, the UK, the US, France, Turkey, and Germany concluded that it was almost certainly the Syrian government that committed the facts.
Only Russia refutes this. I wonder why.

tl;dr
While it is extremely likely that it was Assad did commit the attacks, it is possible that he didn't. Your "not exactly much evidence" and "no, not in the least" claims are 100% certified fiction.

I never said Assad didn't. I said that there has been a case before where he was accused of doing so, and then, surprise, it's more likely he didn't.

So... you may want to check your timeline, because Ghouta (which I suspect you are referring to) was in August while al-Assal (pretty much the earliest big one) is fairly pro-Assad in its findings. And yet, guess who al-Assal was initially blamed upon?

also, if you were referring to Ghouta...
