2. She has had some success with bread and pies but dislikes trying to create delicate pastries.

3. Baking? Since the announcement of the competition (it's not massively popular here). However, she has been a chef for around 10 years.

4. She was asked to apply by the government. She rose to celebrity status in Eastern Lancasteria after an advertisement campaign centred on encouraging men to help out in the home.

5. The development of a national dish (ideally based off the competition) and setting up a culinary school.

6. Brussels sprouts which is unfortunate given the explosion in popularity since agriculture reform.
