Unfortunately, this is difficult or completely impossible for several reasons:
1:Tupeia has developed a very large nuclear arsenal. In the event of war, their leadership said it would use them regardless of the consequences.
2: It should also be noted that the first reason relates to both biochemical weapons and the various other weapons of mass destruction that follow in large numbers.
3:Tupeia is huge both in terms of territory and in terms of population, army and economy. War would kill billions, last for decades, and destroy the economy from exhaustion.
4:The fourth and main reason is that they are one of Oneida’s biggest trading partners. Huge trade takes place between Oneid and Tupeia. Also Tupeia has a military alliance with Oneid.

Well if New Marcia does a war in say 20 years time it’ll probably defeat tupeia
