Why I created this dispatch: Many regions have diffilculties for some reason to send recruitment telegrams because not everyone can afford to pay for these (unless you use API? is looking: for people who may be interested in becoming a Regional Officer, lead a region and always do what they belive is the best for the region. TPR is also looking for new residents who likes the lore and the style and would like to join and build a social life there (they are currently no-one else other than the Founder and a friend to him but with time, they will be more people to talk to).
The lore of the region: is currently not definitly decided but the Founder have some in mind.
The first alternative is that it could that you woke up in a hospital with no windows and no appearent exit. You dont remember anything and you find other people who do not either remember anything.
The second alternative is that you were locked inside a hospital with many floors, the exit is blocked and there is a murderer searching for you. (The murder would be Insaneminds if this alternative is taken.)
A third alternative could be if you have an idea.
The name and the theme of the region revolves around a song -

The concept of the region: is that if you some day feel down, then you know that The Panic Room is one of many regions who could cheer you up.

The concept: is that you move to a new country, you start off broke and live in a run down home , then you get a job and get more money. You can be a politician or a cook , or be an entrepreneur. Whatever your choice is , you either can fail or win. You can become president (only if you are in the WA) or not be involved in anything.

Public Notice
From 26 October 2019, Saturday, Britannia and the romans, the Grand Chancellor of OmniOne, will cease to exist.
This is because of the transferring of OmniOne information and archives [in factbooks] to one huge guidebook that I am making [a work in progress].
After that, the nation will have no role whatsoever in the region work.
This is also to eliminate the amount of ‘second accounts’ in the region.
It is of interest to note that after 26 October 2019, Saturday, the ’Grand Chancellor of OmniOne’ position will be open.
If there is no one interested to take the role, the position will be abolished for the meantime, until there is an interest.
Not allowed to get the position are those who already hold some power within the region, unless [they] are willing to leave [their] current position in exchange.
The position of the ’The Grand Chancellor‘ carries great power, and with it, great responsibility. If there’s an election, do vote for the person’s qualifications.
