American healthcare isn't free market, no healthcare system in the world is. In fact the United States actually spends more on healthcare than defense (and we have the largest and most funded military in the world so that should give you an idea of how much we spend on healthcare).

No healthcare system is free, but it is much easier to pay higher taxes and have free public services, than to pay for everything each.

As someone who has used he NHS dozens of times, I can officially say it is crap. The NHS doesn't have enough money to pay the number of doctors and nurses it needs and instead relies on cheap migrant workers.
My Grandad is currently in a cardiac ward, the man across from him is 80 and has dementia and thinks he is in an apartment. The Chinese nurse who was looking after him could barely speak English didn't understand how to treat his dementia.
The NHS is falling apart, waiting times are ridiculous. I had to have surgery years ago and the waiting list was over a year. I wouldn't be alive if I hadn't used Beneden (a private extension of the NHS).

My mum would likely be dead with the NHS. Unable to get an emergency surgery that she needed because of the 18 week long waiting lines.

I tend to check on closing embassies since I'm full of fear of an embassy being closed in a puppet state's region.
We do not spend more on healthcare than we do defense. We spend more on all entitlements programs put together than we do defense and that includes things like Medicare and Medicaid but our health care spending is not more than that of defense

With the cast of writers I can 100% understand saying we have a right leaning bias but calling us partisan is just wrong. We don't just post Conspiracy Theories although we have that is not all of what we are about we're a News Outlet we post articles of current events, we summarize elections & court cases, we report on scandals & party affairs.
I believe we have been wrongfully taken down from the WFE despite being the hardest working News Outlet in NWA most deserving of being on it whilst least deserving news outlets like KYT with no activity in months remain.
Leon News will continue working on articles and posting them regardless if we're on the WFE just having the link there is an ease of use for both the wtiters & the readers and it would be much appreciated to have it back.
This is UDR's region so he can edit the WFE to his liking and I'm not trying to run you off or anything but if you don't like it you could move out.
The only reason the NHS has such long waiting times is because of the Conservative government. Under Labour, NHS waiting times were slashed.

I do believe whats being done to Leon News is wrong just like Trump throwing out CNN. It might be his right but it is wrong, persecuting and discriminatory. Also, Not sure if anyone has looked but RBC and KYT I dont even see and RNN is probably more biased than Leon after their recent publication
