Would it be unconstitutional for a plaintiff nation to have a representative act as prosecutor? I probably think so.

It would be for a Representative to the League to act as prosecutors but not for the plaintiff country to provide a person to serve as prosecutor.

To be clear.

A Representative/Ambassador to the League from the plaintiff nation can not act as Prosecutor.

A national of the plaintiff however, with the proper credentials can act as Prosecutor.

Lord Keitlah has never had any relation with Marie.
