We should do something different to the usual defending thing. We could do something like rehab for the regions too

I don't think so. Defenders hate it though, so it might make it hard
It might be a good idea to move out a few puppets to stolen regions, so they can gain influence. That way, if you ever get around to helping them, you can do stuff like setting up a password
