I'm assuming we can rp outside the conference, unless it is going for... months
BUt if you want to rp the conference, that's fine
Character RP goes much slower. While the conference only lasts a week or so or until all issues are resolved, it will take a long time. When it finishes we have to jump like 5 months or so.

Elesa walks with Peter to the dining hall/room.
There are many biscuits and other appetizers. There also glasses of water or champagne to take.
Elesa has a small plate of food. There isn't much on it. She also has a glass of water.
Peter has a glass of champagne and some biscuits.
"Peter, did you have any concerns? I never asked you. My apologies."
Elesa grabs a glass of champagne.
"No. I am no great leader, I have little concerns. Only one."
"Only one?"
"Yes. The nobility are acting reckless, pretending its still the middle ages. My father refuses to do anything about it."
"Yet again? Is there anything I can do to help?"
