Oh, I have gotten the issue before. And I have no doubt, that it may happen in reality.
My point is, why the heck would anyone take issue with it?
Of course, I understand that there are moralists who would. But almost noone would have a problem with it in Ejoland.

Citizens of Gestonia (and of Krillin who are seeing this message), the purpose of this statement is to raise questions about the recent statement by the Socialist Senate candidate for the state of Delawor, Drederick Ryan. Last night, in an interview for a podcast, he said the following:
"Interviewer: So, candidate, what will be your stance and that of your party in scenarios of a second round between the Democrats and right-wing candidates in the Senate elections? Will you support them because the Democrats represent the least bad alternative or will you remain silent because they are also right-wing?
Ryan: Look, first of all, we need to see how the COP performs on November 3rd. If the COP gets the seven senators it needs to obtain an absolute majority in the first round, in my personal opinion, supporting the Democrats in some second-round scenarios that may arise will not make any difference.
Interviewer: Look, if the COP gets an absolute majority, I think that an opposition bench with a significant number of left-wing opposition senators will make a difference in the parliamentary game. Mainly for a popular mobilization to overturn the measures of the second term of the National Christian Government.
Ryan: Man, look, if we see the nature of the National Christian Government and the COP, the leadership of both, the supporters and the people who are behind this government, if the COP gets a parliamentary majority, the parliamentary game is over. I think we're going to have to play another game, and we all know what that game is."
If the "game" Dedrerick Ryan is referring to is what we think, it is serious that he threatens the peace of the Gestonian people in this way. The left says that we are intolerant, but apparently, the real intolerant ones are the leftists.
And there is no point in the left defenestrating Ryan. If we look at the behavior of the left around the world, the modus operandi is the same: demonize their adversaries and preach that the only way for them to effectively get what they want is by annihilating them. I hope that his testimony to the Federal Police tomorrow will be enlightening.

Yes, Goodlooking, I already imagined that you would send this message here. To begin with, a socialist calling for armed struggle in the middle of an election campaign in a fascist government like Your Excellency's would be political suicide. One of two things: either this young candidate is an immature boy or this is a game he has planned with you because he is running for senator for YOUR state against you because you are the incumbent senator (and since you are the current prime minister, you would only fail to win if more than 70% of the people of Gestonia hated your government, which is not the case).
Did I fight armed struggle to get to where I am now? Yes. However, I would very much like not to have needed such a drastic measure, not all socialists like armed struggle, I myself would have loved to have come to power peacefully and without having to fight in a war against Drussia to ensure the independence of my country. In fact, most of us Dmyscrians think about our fathers, brothers, sons, grandsons and friends who died in the Great Patriotic War and wish that all of them were alive and contributing to the socialist state now as free workers. I will say only one thing: the working class takes up arms only for self-defense.

Funny, how JTG or someone in his government go out of their way to interpret every statement by their opponents in the most malevolent way possible, but do not spend a single breath on denying the intentions, which said opponents suspect them of. Almost as if JTG can not bring himself, to say that he do not want to turn Gestonia into an autocracy, and to denounce any such intents regardless of which side may have them.
I wonder why. What was it JTG stood for now, again? Something like... "the natural order"?
What King Maxim III of Ejorike (who this was adressed to) mean with "the natural order", is absolute monarchy, with noble privilegies and without freedom of religion. Just look at how it is in Ejorike, where King Maxim III is the absolute monarch.
So, the suspicions expressed by Drederick Ryan do not seem to be without merit, at least to me. I find it hard to see, how JTG´s response above to King Maxim III, can be interpreted in any other way. As far as I can see, JTG told King Maxim III of Ejorike, outright, that he intend to turn Gestonia into an absolute monarchy. If that succeed, the parliamentary game will indeed be over in Gestonia.
In which case the only way to oppose the government, will be through other means. Whether that mean peaceful protests, civil disobediance, general labour strikes or outright armed struggle, that is what remain if the people can no longer vote the government out.
So I have to respectfully disagree, with my esteemed comrade Valkyr Straindorf´s statement above. I do not think Drederick Ryan said this in a covert attempt to help JTG, it would just be too stupid of JTG to ask him to bring this point up. He could had formulated the point in a better way, but I think calling him "an immature boy" for that is to go too far.
The point he made about JTG´s intentions, seem entirely correct. His mistake was not to back it up with evidence, which I just did. Or perhaps I should say JTG did? It is a publicly available message, by JTG.
