Roswaesia accused Midand of espionage after recent fiasco with Volaworand
In response to claims of espionage made by Roswaesian diplomacy/Deumontiverland after the recent fiasco in
The Penguinite Kleptocracy of Volaworand, Midand has denied all claims of their existence.Recently,
The Penguinite Kleptocracy of Volaworand has accused The Midaic Republic of Midand of having spies peering into it's systems, alleging that they were government-backed hackers looking to shut down it's public transit and financial systems, intending to cripple the nation.Midand has denied these claims, saying they are simply "public officials" on a private diplomatic mission, and were doing no harm.
While both claims haven't been completely confirmed, Volaworand has since pulled out of the Joint Roosevelt Base in response to the current crisis. The officials are currently detained in Volaworand, and public sources have failed to obtain information on their current state.
To add to the current "Espionage Mess" (as dubbed by The Doggo Regular), Roswaesia has accused Midand of implanting spies in it's government, seeking to cripple national investigations and systems. The apparent perpetrators are currently being detained.

In other news, Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs Dellers Geldon has recently been announced as a Temporary Minister, temporarily replacing the current Cherry Menwen, who has not publicly spoken in weeks. He promises a full, transparent, reorganization and to "patch up some cracks".
