Fellow Sayvillians,

I encourage you all to join our new Regional Discord Server (linked in the WFE). It was created to help organize regional affairs and provide the KOS with a basis upon which we can form our own regional identity, one that is connected - but distinct from - the Pan-Sayvillian identity commonly associated with the CSR.

Signed,

Karlsbourg, King of the Sayvillians

I saw, which now makes you a West Sayvillian citizen as well. CSR member states support dual or multi-citizenship in other regions, provided that only one nation per person is in a region at a time.

It would be advisable to move it elsewhere, so the CSR can keep an accurate track of regional populations.
