By the grace of Arran Drake of the House Quilor, ascendant to the Throne of the Emperor of Kantrias,

The Emperor has proclaimed;

1. - In accordance with Article II-D of the Imperial Constitution, and as directed by the Imperial Legislature through 'Titles of the Emperor', indexed as (013/2024, the Emperor hereby awards Arran Drake "Skar" Quilor of the House Quilor with the following titles and adopts them;

   1. Arran Drake Quilor - of the House Quilor, is recommended to adopt the title "Keeper of the Gavel and Sword" by the Imperial Legislature. The Imperial Legislature acknowledges Arran Drake Quilor as the Sovereign Ruler of Kantrias, noting his strong support for the Gavel and Sword as the central, unifying symbols of the Empire and his defense against attempts to replace them. Consequently, Arran Drake Quilor is awarded by the Emperor the title of "Keeper of the Gavel and Sword.

   2. Arran Drake Quilor - of the House Quilor, is recommended to adopt the title "The Great Restorer" by the Imperial Legislature. The Imperial Legislature acknowledges Arran Drake Quilor as the Sovereign Ruler of Kantrias, noting the state of stagnation before his accession, the subsequent revitalization of Kantrias upon his taking the throne, and the significant growth of the Empire. Since his accession, Kantrias has quintupled the nations in the home region, gained four territories, and doubled its activity. Consequently, Arran Drake Quilor is awarded by the Emperor the title of "The Great Restorer".

   3. Arran Drake Quilor - of the House Quilor, is recommended to adopt the title "Redeemer of Ardenia" by the Imperial Legislature. The Imperial Legislature acknowledges Arran Drake Quilor as the Sovereign Ruler of Kantrias, recalling the state of Ardenia as a vile cesspool of fascism before his intervention. Praising his decision to cleanse Ardenia and celebrating the success of "Operation: Cinder” in purifying the land and ensuring fascism never rises again. Consequently, Arran Drake Quilor is awarded by the Emperor the title of "Redeemer of Ardenia."

   4. Arran Drake Quilor - of the House Quilor, is recommended to adopt the title "Protector of the Realm" by the Imperial Legislature. The Imperial Legislature acknowledges Arran Drake Quilor as the Sovereign Ruler of Kantrias, praising his vigilant protection of the Empire and recognizing his uncompromising defense of its reputation. Confident in his guidance of the Empire towards a flourishing future. Consequently, Arran Drake Quilor is awarded by the Emperor the title of "Protector of the Realm".

The Emperor has proclaimed;

1. - In accordance with Article II-D of the Imperial Constitution, the Emperor hereby awards the following Citizens with Honours and Peerages of the Empire;

   1. Shadow Helix-Caelorum - is awarded the Barony of Angel's Reach and is commended by the Emperor for their efforts in the field of Foreign Affairs, as well as their functioning within the Imperial Government. For having made these and other considerable contributions to the Empire, they now possess the right to style themselves as 'Lord Angelis' as well as 'Baron Angelis' within the Delphinium Court and in official correspondence.

   2. Bronyleader - is awarded the Viscounty of Soarin and is commended by the Emperor for having grown to become a Privy Councilor, his efforts in the fields of Imperial Recruitment and Imperial Assimilation, and for voicing his loud support for the Imperialist cause. For having made these and other considerable contributions to the Empire, he now possesses the right to style himself as 'Lord Soarin' as well as 'Viscount Soarin' within the Delphinium Court and in official correspondence.

   3. Thal Dorthat - is awarded the Honorary Title of Baronet and is commended by the Emperor for his efforts in the Kylian Assembly. He may put 'Sir' in front of his name in official correspondence.

   4. Soci - is awarded the Honorary Title of Dame and is commended for her efforts in the Kylian Assembly, which she leads as the Overseer of the Kylian Assembly and for reminding the Imperial Government of its duties, she may put 'Dame' in front of her name in official correspondence.

   5. Ivan von Bismarck - is awarded the Honorary Title of Esquire and is commended for his promising legislative efforts and zealous belief in the Imperialist cause, he may put 'Esquire' after his name in official correspondence.
      

2. In accordance with Article II-D of the Imperial Constitution, the Emperor hereby awards the following Citizens with membership of the Order of the Quill;

   1. Thal Dorthat - is hereby awarded membership of the Order of the Quill, and is commended for having drafted a piece of foundational Imperial law and for being a breath of fresh air within the Imperial Legislature.
