I joined the WA, I sent a GHR asking for a list of my alts, as requested by an RO (That request was denied and I was never given such a list). The only thing I don't recall doing is join a VC to argue my case, for my own privacy. I personally think that if I did everything asked, and am still banned, then there was never a way for me to not get banned, which is unfair.

3: I have insofar been steadfast in my defense, which a simple alt would likely not do.
I argued with ROs for weeks, possibly a few months if you include my short unbanning. An alt would not go through with all that work for no reason.

4: I have nothing but good intentions to henceforth follow all rules of the region, and be an upstanding citizen of the IOC.
While not a direct defense of myself, I do hope that you'll trust me when I say I have no ill will to any person in this region, or the region itself. I simply want to have fun. And yes, Maybe it's a tiny bit of spite, wanting to prove that I was always innocent, but that isn't harmful. I will try my hardest not to break any rules,
