The dragon king had fallen completely silent while it seemed like his energy was starting to rise and fall slowly, getting more and more wild as something in his neck started to bulge like something was growing in there. Something was off... And may need to be taken care of quickly.

"This is sufficient." The Witch-King remarked simply, and tapped the air once, drawing an eldritch symbol which began to burn with a purple energy. He drew forth the Daraz Khron, a massive Arcalite axe and simply struck the symbol with it, a purple mist spreading through the air now. Quickly, it seemed to rapidly expand like a bomb propelled it forth, and if it hit Zether, he'd feel a reason of why the Witch-King's title was well earned. The Mist of the Bogs, as the spell was called, quickly dulled its victim's senses and drained them of energy, redirecting it to a spot of the caster's choice.

She saluted before looking to her admiral to see if they were leaving.

Elzi nodded and the two departed with Mateva. First, Helka would undergo compability training in a basic frame in order to test her aptitude. It was a basic Phalanx frame, going up against the Vindicator frame, Mateva's, the second Arcalite frame, one of two in existence for the Confederacy. It simply brandishes its blade forward, the runes on it activating. Helka's goal was simple: She had to land a hit on the far more superior model, much like Mateva did to the Seraph frame before its...decommision.

But they had to do their investigation, and some questions could be answered. But overall, it was slow in order not to give much away.

Lord Macky simply nodded his head, "I believe that is all, for now. I simply advise caution, and to be secretive. The OMNI Naval Forces are rather powerful, so it is best to be cautious. Otherwise, I'll leave you to your preparations for the operations. Feel free to seek out the assistance of the Iammelonian Union. And of course, we request you keep us in the loop. Faeryl would meet the investigation team personally, awaiting to see who they sent. Unlike heavy Vok armor, she wore a lighter variant, wielding a staff made of wood, arching around a white crystal. Facial appearances were unknown, but she was indeed the Vok Witch-King's court sorceress.

And so the Union would be informed of the Delmah Confederacy's mission into Craski Prime. DNI would arrange for a black market organization, smaller than the Consortium, to ship a willing group of 'volunteers' towards Craski in order to assess its defense system, while an Eanisk and Phantom-class ship respectively monitored the situation from afar. The Fleetmaster would reveal their prescence with the Vok Temple Guards if the shuttle made landfall on Craski, the gangers simply aiming to make a profit, not knowing that they were but part of a larger hunt.

And as they would all Enter, Including the Scientists, most of the Soldiers would simply stare in Markway's Direction with two of them still holding onto their weapons ready to fire should the need come to it.

The Interior of the Ship was much More Cleaner, and Brighter than in comparison of that within the Catacombs, the air Clean and Filtered with that Distinct smell of New metal in the air, and the ship they were within would seem to be in a Flurry of Activity, most of that being from the Scientific Devices and the Scientists, in which one of them would begin to Approach Markway, it's Face being revealed to him, as his eyes were that of a Bright Red and his Skin color and Overall Appearance was that of Oceanic Blue, Looking at him for a moment before finally speaking;

"And them we didn't have to Kill them, or Retrieve a Corpse of an Fool who decided to Pock his nose where it didn't belong.. In my Opinion we should've Killed them all while we had the chance, but their Lucky this isn't a True Naval Warship.. Just another Glorified Exploration Vessel by the Contingency or whatever their called.."

"But anyways, who the Hell are you and what in god's name were you doing down there?"

Markway likes cleanliness, he was a little less stressed about basically being kidnapped by it. His Astrosuit's air filters keep any smell from entering his nose, so unfortunately, he can't have a sniff of the place..He was sure it smelled good, however. Markway then said something in his own language..which sounded like garbled blackspeech to anyone not tuned to Dilbertuese accents. It could be safe to assume that it was some sort of insult, which it was. He called the guy a "big dumb." Markway then continued.

"Anyways..Dilberta..We're like..right next to you guys. About 5 light weeks east of here...God I miss VR..Anyways..If you want the full story, go talk to the Dictator..he does control basically everything, so he'll fill you in on the details."

The Dilbertuese got defensive upon seeing the man glow with anger. Was it something he said? He would twitch slightly, moving his body back in preparation for whatever this guy was going to do. He was, however, relieved when the blue man was removed from the area. The person that did the removing, however, surprised him.

A human? How? They were his ancestors..they should be extinct..He was simply too astonished to ask as the man spoke to him. You could see by his body actions that he was quite surprised. To the point where he basically ignored the questions, and simply spoke his mind.

"Woah Woah Woah Woah..Human?! Why is there a human here?! I though you *expletive*'s died out, You're my *expletive* ancestor! Tell me, Tell me now, Do you guys actually have appendixes?! Knuckles? Wisdom teeth?!"

The rest of what Markway said was a blur of expletives and sounds of total amazement at the sight of what he believed was an ancestor, if he could take a picture, he would, but unfortunately, that device he pulled out was only good for playing videogames. He giggles in sheer childish excitement as he sees, what he believes to be, his great great great x1000 grandfather.

Triporea wrote:Thankfully, this was all in theory. And the Bez has not actually been deployed into any of these situations. It would have been a terrible loss to the Bez and a headache for Lady Chelmsby. In fact, most of the Bezi navy was still en route to Heord. There was no clashes between any Bezi forces and rebels as of yet. So, Chelmsby drew up a new plan to effectively and effectively crush the Omni navy in the sector. To prevent any losses for the Bezi navy, Chelmsby’s plan was a gamble. The Bezi cruisers and a few battleships would attack the refuelling stations and patrol along the corridor. Moving to Free Forest masquerading as the overly cocky and arrogant invasion and blockade force. While they moved in to blockade the planet, Chelmsby would disguise the rest of the fleet. Lady O’Donoghue and Lady Chelmsby called in an old friend. Rear Admiral Ohren, the measctha captain of the HIMS Captor. Chelmsby and O’Donoghue would utilise four Ipsfield-Harvey Class Cruisers and the Captor’s abilities to create a fake, but convincing ether storm. The Bezi Fleet would assemble inside the storm and fly as if they were debris caught in the storm. This would take precision piloting by the quartermaster and master. The ships would all have to fly in non-regulation angles, and fly in random orbiting paths around the “eye” of the storm. The exterior of the ships would be covered with plastic decals resembling rocky formations. So if radar pings bounced off the ships inside the storm, it would read as an asteroid. The plan was to make the storm move towards the middle of confederate territory, but then have it unpredictably swing towards Free Forest. Once the blockading Bezi fleet had engaged Omni Navy forces moving in to encircle the Bez, the ships inside the storm would open fire on the rebels from their rear. Chelmsby, unlike her underlings, appreciated Iammelonian Input. So she ran the plan past them first, treating the advisors like serious colleagues. This was Codenamed Operation “Smoke and Mirrors.” From the initial strike on Free Forest, the carrier groups would be assigned to patrol the etherlane to and from the northern corridor. They would be under strict orders to only patrol and keep Omni ships at bay. Chelmsby knew these were not pirates, and they cannot be treated as pirates. These “rebels” are only such in name, but are in fact, seriously organised and entirely ready for war. The Bez needed to start treating them like such. This shook many commanders from their previous notions that they were simply fighting rebels. The carrier groups and the patrolling battleships were to destroy the stations as previously planned, but would not pursue Omni naval ships. They were to nail themselves to the etherlane. No screw ups, no underestimations. The Bez and Omni navy were to be considered equals from now on. Long ranged missiles were to be used from now on, battle groups and carrier groups were to remain together at all costs. The carriers cannot be destroyed under any circumstances. Acceptable loses were pegged at the frigates and destroyers, but no battleships, cruisers, or carriers could be destroyed. O’Donoghue would be taking personal command of the navy to prevent anyone from deviating from these orders. With the navy handled, and awaiting Iammelonian opinions Chelmsby got to work on the planetary invasion. The landing points were ok to her, and so were the bombing runs. There was a danger of anti-air fire for sure, but low flying strike bombers aiming for the immediate land around the border would be allowed. These bombers would only be working to destroy any rebel positions nearby the Bezi camps. This was the working plan so far, but Chelmsby was confident that this revised battle plan would be the solution to the Northern Corridor.

Iammelonian Union Advisers were pleased they were actually being taken seriously finally, and so looked over the plan before it was implemented to give their take on it. They were pleased that this operation was far more realistic and understanding of the nature of the enemy than the former plan drawn up by Bezi officers, and found it to be generally functional for securing and claiming the Northern Corridor. The only thing they added was to be a bit more hasty. Omnipo's power was in power over time, so things got harder the longer one waited. But speed would be helpful. So they could take less emphasis off hiding and instead, once close enough, use force of mass to rush through as a spearhead, and then sure the route behind them with the Carrier groups as quickly as possible. Omnipo's calm and collected organizational structure wouldn't be prepared for that sense of recklessness from the Bezi navy, since it wouldn't be what they'd expect the Bez to do. Otherwise, sticking to the Etherlane was all that was needed to be done. Omnipo would almost certainly attempt to lure Bezi ships away into traps, using their harassment and even fake damaged ships or faked distress signals. What was ultimately suggested was that if a Bezi ship that wasn't too important foolishly broke off, they should be simply left to their fate instead of being supported, and seeing more ships fall into traps. Besides, it would make captains less likely to run off chasing a seemingly damaged ship on their own if they knew nobody would save them if they got caught in a deadly ruse, and further stick to safe etherlane where they could count on support. It was also added that the Fuel Stations were not as important as they seemed or Omnipo would try and make the Bez believe. Most of them were actually competitors with the others, in overlapping fields of coverage. As for the operations on Free Forest itself, the advisers felt Chelmsby's plam was just fine, and they could adjust the plan for unforeseen circumstances, such as hidden bases, when the time came.

The Anubite investigation team consisted of a small group of Anubites and their assistants. Archivists came to record the findings, bringing both dataslate and actual writing utensils, since Anubites liked their notes being in both forms for the archives, just in case one or the other was compromised. Their assistants were mostly technicians and apprentices to the archivists in question. Next of course were the Spirit Mystics, who were here to do the proper work. But while some of these mystics were the standard sort of trained Anubite, they were led by an interesting group of Elder Mystics. These Mystics were Rehka'det in service to the Rehka Noble House, who were a sort of techno-mystic group meant to oversee technological development within the Anubite Empire, and ensure it was in line with tradition and the will of the Ancestors. So the Investigation was even led by a Rehka personally, Lord Caluzemere Rehka, indicating that the Empire was very much taking this seriously.

Craski Prime was a minor outpost world in Iammelon's north. Its economy relied on exporting food and cattle from its limited farms and ore from its mines, and the only thing that made it noteworthy was the presence of a few military bases on the planet, and one fortified waystation in orbit that could resupply warships. Its defense system focused on those military bases, each of which were built within the range of the others, with the most important one holding an extended underground armory. The military presence here was actually primarily Confederate in nature, newly raised Confederate Militias and Planetary Guard who could perform the simple tasks needed of doing garrison duty. Only the main base, as well as the armored space station up in orbit above, had OMNI Security forces present, since these locations required a more professional garrison. Though due to this being the nature of the planet, there was only one place for a shuttle to land, that being a small trading town with a small starport that handled the actual exporting of the planet's few resources.

The rifle only had five bullets, clearly designed this way so when the fifth target was thrown, if the person had missed, it would be a punishment. The marines were all thoroughly impressed.
“Right,” the captain said, “target count is all five pigeons.” The captain pulled aside the mando and handed them the coins before the rest of the marines finished firing.

What if you do the ritual wrong or something stupid happens since you're not one of them?" Yosgel would ask. Multohula would simply chuckle, seemingly confident. "Captain, i've been in a cult for like the rest of my childhood to my young adult life, i know what im doing if im ever gonna do it." It seems like some sort of red flag waiting to be erected.

A human?

As he would witness the Alien's reaction to his appearance it would seem to Startle him and either out of a reaction or from his training, he would act without thinking, Managing in a Split second to upholster his pistol and start to aim it at him, his face was once that of Surprise and bemusement, now became that of aggression and Hostility, however before he could do anything it would seem his mind would take back control of his body, and he would begin to lower the Pistol.

Breathing hard, as he were to speak, his voice now in a state of shock as he were to finally speak; "you Startle me again.. and I might blow your head of... The mages had all fled by this point, vanishing into the caves many paths. Seemingly scared off. As the member inspected the book on the ritual, it was fairly clear on its instructions. The blood gathered was to be poured into a vat and mixed with a large amount of ink. Once the ink was mixed, incantations were to be cited. Once those were finished, the instructions grew vague on what would actually happen.

Iammelon wrote:Iammelonian Union Advisers were pleased they were actually being taken seriously finally, and so looked over the plan before it was implemented to give their take on it.

The die was cast. What navy was here on Heord was packing up. They would be dispatched to w secret location to meet up with expedition ii and rear admiral ohren. These ships would enter into their formation... and off to free forest they would be. The castle at Heord was... near empty at this time. Many of the officers had left to go and survey the operation personally, but they’d be back in a few weeks. The Iammelonian advisors could have gone if they would have liked to. The Bez was driving after all. Regardless, many technicians and lower officers stayed behind. Somebody had to run the war. But it would be much to everybody’s surprise when Princess Elfriede and ImpSec agents, coming home from Barragesang showed up at the castle only to do a sweep of the communications centre, then deliver a case to Chelmsby’s office before departing. They restricted their interactions with everyone to a minimum. Elfriede on the other hand, was happy. She was home on Heord. During all of this, Elfriede had been back on Bezembay and had been traveling a lot between Bezembay and Barragesang Palace. Between her duties as Crown Princess and Head of ImpSec... her job was demanding. But finally, with all the paperwork settled, and the bureaucracy in full swing, she could relax for four weeks before needing to be called back.

Elfriede arrived at the mountain by way of automobile. A black limousine of course, she had a small squad of the Vampire Guard with her. Elfriede entered the golden mountain and headed straight for the apartment. She knew the mountain wouldn’t be the prime place for relaxation, all things considering, but... a special someone was there.

Whenever a ravager’s glob of bile seemed like it was going to hit it, the creature seemed to just be in a different spot, with no clear evasion or movement. It was practically just going into a circle, never being directly hit because of that uncanny dodging, or misdirection. Either way, Sieg’s efforts seemed ineffective, as the creature tauntingly walked from side to side, throwing looks at her from time to time in defiance.

The arrival of this advanced group of armor was indeed problematic, and unseen. Though if any Zerg Overseers were close enough to the Omnipo forward base, they’d see faint shimmers of a moderately sized flying object leaving the area and going towards space before once more disappearing entirely. The Nemesis Hover Tanks were not easy to take out with artillery, as they were rather mobile, thanks to their form of motion. Omnipo’s forces rallied with the new help, going to hold the line, while the AA Tanks decided to simply change their targets from the sky to the Banelings, mowing them down before they could get into any dangerous range. Such unarmored targets were rather excellent fodder for their quad-guns after all. The Ultralisks would be avoided, but not by the last combatant. The Cyclops Mech entered the fray, firing its arm cannon and shoulder mounted anti-armor missile launcher to take down the large beasts, and able to fight them in melee thanks to its large power chainsaw. The smaller infantry were not spared, as the “face” of the mech revealed the purpose of its name, as the singular slit that resembled its eye unleashed a concentrated laser blast to sweep through the infantry.

Admiral Tamour nodded before giving Melyphis a grin, “Don’t revert just yet. It’s time we go see how Yajana is doing for ourselves, because we’re going back with the other Combat Drakes. We won’t be much use if we don’t know what’s going on at all right now! Come on, let’s get on with that.” He let himself down for her to get on again, while around them the Combat Drakes were organizing, ready to follow the Admiral into battle.

Triugo thought on it, “I don’t know how long it will take exactly, but you should get your ship and self over there sooner rather than later. Start looking yourself, and we’ll start looking from here. No use delaying. Oh and you should get yourself a fresh, legit ship ID card. It’ll make it easier for your ship to simply blend in as some normal freighter.”

Sieg watches as the beast just taunts her all the more as it dodged the shots and continues to saunter away. Sieg, watching the beast try to lure her so obviously into a chase she was both insulted and amused that it would think that it would work. She just crossed her arms over her chest as she stared back to the beast. If she had a more human face she would be looking rather smug as she watches it try to coux anger from her eve if her efforts had been for naught so far. "Well aren't you just adorable. But wait, I have a retort." She says raising her hand above her head, red energy filling her hand, red arcs flashing along her arm before an array of bolts into the air above her, it went up high for a moment before all of the bolts came back down, raining down on the enemy forces randomly. If h would keep dodging, then the forces that required his power will suffer instead.

Xernus was able to see through one of the Overseers that actually made it through the ongoing fighting to see that Omnipo did manage to land a craft under all the chaos. And now they really were in trouble, Yajana bit her lthumb softly as the enemy forces were essentially slaughtering their forces. "We're at a really bad disadvantage now. We can't pin down those hovertanks with anything and those mechs just crumple all our armoured troops... If we don't get some reinforcements we're done for."

Shrinking herself back down again, Melyphus climbs back up onto the admirals back so they can return. With a quick telepathic check with Yajana, Melphus looks to Tamour "Omnipo have brought in battlemechs and hovertanks. The Joint Zerg attack was working, and they even slew a Psi-Revenant. But they took advantage of the chaos to land more troops."

Knowing nothing about this kind of stuff, since she's been without a ship for a long ass time now, Piper just slowly brought her gaze over to Rovin after hearing that they would need a legit licence "So... How much of a pain in the ass is this going to be?"

Already filled and packed to the brim with people wishing to get their way onto the surface below once more, most of these people however seemed to know where and what they were doing, only a Minority of them seemed to be confused and lost on what they were doing, Despite the few lost souls, seeming to be confused and uncertain of their actions.

In the rather empty building that made up the apartment complex, the distant sound of footsteps can be heard, a pair of them. Ishben and Vayln on the return.
